This establishment has been in business in Pacifica for a long time. We drove from Washington Cascades through Oregon Mountains to California mountains, Mt. Shasta and developed a growl in front of car starting at 18 -20 mph. By Redding the growl was louder and worrisome by Vacaville. Made it to Pacifica and next morning drove into Eddies Valero Service Center and were greeted by a very lovely kind man then joined with another employee of Eddie’s. Hearing our worries on our way home to Texas. They immediately did a test drive, and as we thought, it may be a bad bearing in the hub. They moved cars around and put ours on a lift and confirmed bad bearing in left and same noise but softer in right. We approved doing both left and right and they were through by 3:30 pm and we were able to make an appointment at 4 and visit in SFO. We now feel safe returning to Texas in the coming week.
Thank you for having such nice long term employees and you okaying a quick load to lift and repair. If you live in Pacifica, California, My husband and I highly recommend giving this auto service and repair establishment a try.

I needed to do a smog check on my car, it was a little late to travel far from Pacifica, a friend told me "Eddie Valero will do the service for you", I went to the place and he treated me very kindly, the service was very good and reliable. ,recommended ??

I have a ram promaster and Najib Batshon was kind and charged me a fantastic price for top quality break pad replacements. He even fixed my jammed door simply out of kindness. They has have a great gas price for the area of Pacifica. Highly recommend!

Came for a Smog test and he took me right away with no appointment. Very professional and kind. Altogether took about 1/2 hour. Would highly recommend.

Naj found that a clamp had come underdone that would have caused a failed test. He took care of it for free. He is very honest.

For YEARS, this is my go to.
SMOG CHECK easy, fast, inexpensive and courteous.
Always clean and soapy water for windows so it's where I gas up.
While the short wait for service, I can shop at wonderful places locally in Pacifica.
Always a warm welcome from staff. What more could one ask for from a service station?

Good honest shop and mechanics are great. Took care of me a few times already and that’s my shop to go now. Guys fixed my starter and helped me to pass a smog check with simple repair. Will recommend to my friends. Thanks again

Dont come near! They are scammers. And they are willing to charge you more for no reason.
I went there just for a flat tire. They wanted to charge me $475 for a new tire which I got it for $300 from the other tire shop.
I told them okay I will wait for tow car to come and leave. But they force me to move my car without tires. So please be careful.

After seeing the reviews, I had my car towed here after it failed to start. The owner does seem like a nice guy, friendly and knowledgeable. I unfortunately had a real bad experience here.
First, they didn’t do a thorough diagnosis of my car (the first time), he did do another diagnosis free of charge 3 days later after it failed to start again so that was nice of him.
Second, he contradicted his original diagnosis. After my first diagnosis, I was told that I had a bad fuel pump. I was skeptical and told him that the day before the car came in, it failed to start but I was able to bump/push start my car and it drove fine, and that I felt if my fuel pump was bad the car would have shown signs. He was adamant and said I was welcome to take the car somewhere else. Then after my car wouldn’t start again 2 days later I took the car back and told him I had to bump/push start it, he told me that the issue couldn’t be the new fuel pump if I was able to start the car by bump/push starting it.
Now I’m not saying that my fuel pump wasn’t a potential issue, but after hearing that I was able to bump start the car, I feel like he should have reconsidered his original diagnosis.

Eddie is the guy that you want to bring your car to if you have any issues. He’s super friendly and great at explaining the ins and outs of auto repair. He worked with me to get my car back in good shape and able to pass smog. If you’re looking for an awesome mechanic who will listen and work with you, definitely consider this shop.
