Friendliest, most efficient and honest auto shop in California! Rafael, the shop manager, stopped everything he was doing to check on a tire we were having issues with while traveling. He found the culprit, patched our tire up and sent us on our way within 20 minutes! If we lived close by, he'd have all of our business! Thanks for caring & taking care if us!!!

Basic gas station - strategically positioned. Its a plus that its right next to a Safeway. But the station itself is pretty basic lacking a car wash and a massive minimart. On the plus side there's a star bucks and a whooole strip mall right across the street.

This review is for catalytic converter cage insulation done by Rafael and Rodrigo. This was a very frustrating experience. They need to learn about communication and customer service. I scheduled an appointment to have a cage installed on my Prius. They said they would call me when the part came in. They never called me so I stopped by. Tthey said "oh it's in" and so I scheduled an future appointment. I get there, they didn't have it.. Third attempt at making an appointment and it finally happened. After the installation of the cage. I was driving the car and there was a loud vibration sound underneath the center of the car. Took it back in and they ended up bending the exhaust pipe so it wasn't rubbing against the cage. All in all an extremely aggravating experience that could've been avoided if they were better at communicating and following through. Then on top of that, I just found out that a friend just went there for the same work on her Prius and had a similar issue with the vibration. She ended up taking it to a different mechanic and get it fixed. Avoid these guys unless you enjoy frustration and aggravation.

If you need to get your car worked on ask for Rafael, he will take care of you. I was referred to him by Tom‘s automotive up the road dad said Rafael is top notch.I had an engine light come on in my RV, Rafael didn’t have any time but he checked my codes and cleared it and we’re on our way down the road. It was an oxygen sensor that probably got wet during the heavy rains.

AVOID this business. Lacks simple human decency. My wife's vehicle broke down on HWY 1 and she was completely stranded and alone and needed some help. She called and asked what we should do as the vehicle was dead, while we called the auto insurance company for roadside assistance. Given this gas station was across the street, she walked over to ask for assistance in her destress until the police and tow service arrived to help her. She asked the attendants if they could please help her with her broken down vehicle. They refused and offered no help. Unbelievable...so much for community assistance! We've lived in Pacifica 20+ years and have never experienced such disregard for someone in need. If only we could give a ZERO rating,
