Really let down. No notice no nothing they closed. I need to make cash deposit and it isn't happening . The branch closest to me closed as well. I really like the staff here. Very surprised they did this without warning

Great customer service and always courteous, friendly and helpfu! However, due to this location being the 'only' Chase bank in Pacifica, the outside ATM is always very slow. That's when it is working, otherwise it's out of order and not working at all. Tried using it today and due to it being out of commission, again, i was overdrawn and had to pay late fees! They really need to replace with a new ATM altogether or add a second since it's the only Chase location in Pacifica.

I am a First Republic account holder who now is a Chase account holder due to the takeover. I went in and withdrew money from the ATM inside. It gave me 20s when I need 100s. I literally walked 10 feet from the inside atm to a telller to change the 20's into 100's. I was informed by the teller that she was allowed to only give me one 100 bill and wasn't allowed to change the rest of my 20s (another 5) into a $100. Not the tellers fault, but this policy is beyond idiotic. If I can't change bills at a bank I have an account with I won't bank there. What is the purpose of this stupid rule. Not that they care but I am now on the hunt for another bank.

Come see Alejandro H! This guy knows how to get customers in and out fast! Not only that, he's informative and gives great advice on what you might need. Very friendly. Makes good conversation without talking your ear off or trying to sell you something you don't really need. Chase needs more Relationship Bankers like him! Thanks for filling in at the Westborough branch and helping me out!

They process to have the bank endorse an insurance check is way longer than it should be. Teller's are not trained to do this at all

Chase is not my primary bank, but I do have an account there and have banked there for convenience over 20 years without issue at other branches. I recently opened a checking account at this Pacifica branch. The experience was quite invasive from asking my range of pay, to later asking the exact amount of my salary, who my bank lender is for my mortgage and how much I owe, then wanting to know my interest rate, and how much I have in retirement. When I asked why this was relevant for a basic checking account, I was told it was for my own protection (monitoring purposes and required federally). I really didn't want to answer anything that wasn't required, but it didn't seem these questions were optional. It was absolutely uncomfortable. I am giving this 1 star because they were friendly and I was ultimately able to open the account.

Their customer service is excellent. Always friendly always ready to help. They look out for you and contact you anytime they see something that doesn't look right with your account. I feel safe knowing that Chase is helping me handle my financials

Update, 4 stars: the ladies are friendly and fast at helping. This branch still lacks adequate investment services.2 Stars: Why are the Asian employees so grumpy here? Long-haired dude is friendly though. Nice location but parking is difficult. Don't come here if you need help with investment accounts- they aren't very helpful.

The entire staff of this Branch are STELLAR and have excellent customer service skills. They went over and above when opening the account and when fixing an issue after I received less than optimal service from another branch. I will drive 30 miles to do my banking here in the future.

Not this bank branch but chase in general. Your trash I can't wait for my paper work to go though so I don't got to bank with you guys ever again. I'll make sure I crawl though glass to make sure everyone I know never banks with you guys again!!

This Chase branch just opened a few months ago. It's convenient located in Linda Mar Shopping Mall, where there are many other stores. It's nice to run to Safeway to pick up a jug of milk and also stop by Chase bank to do your banking. Yesterday I had my first experience there and I was so impressed with the help that Vicky Wong provided me. She really demonstrated that she cared what was best for her customer. Her patience and professionalism was way beyond my expectations based upon previous banking experiences at a different Chase branch. It's so tough to get good help. Most often I have experienced lazy people rather than hard working people. Many want to get paid for their job, but rarely would someone like to put in more than the minimum and really earn their living. (Sorry for sharing my jaded skepticism.) I appreciate a hard working employee like Vicky at this Chase Bank branch. I feel so happy that I have found a banker that I can trust and get expert banking assistance whenever I need it. Life is good when your bank activities are progressing smoothly. Vicky Wong is such a model employee at Chase. Chase Bank is lucky to have her on their team. I highly recommend this Chase branch to my fellow Yelpers! Woooo hoooooo

We are very happy they opened a branch so close our house. When you go to this branch the first thing you notice how different it looks from most banks. You can sit comfortably in the rooms they have. The service is Fantastic! They are so nice AND helpful. We were just dropping by to make a deposit. They helped us use a promotion to earn a $500 bonus. And helped us get started on college savings for our daughter. Special thanks to Ashley and Vicky Wong for VIP treatment.
