I parked my car at Home Depot in the Westlake parking lot. The security called Big Guys tow company to tow my car. I later found out that this company towed my car at 2:30 am.To preface everything….At 4 am i went to leave and my car was gone. I called 911 to see if its been towed and they told me no one reported it as towed. So at this point my car was being reported as stolen. I went to the police station to do my report for a stolen vehicle. At 7:36 DCPD called me and told me that they just received a call from Big Guys towing and. I was at their shop at 7:57 am when the guy at the office told me i would have to pay an extra $150 for an early pickup. I asked him when they open he said 8 am. I waited the 3 minutes and saved $150. I asked the worker why they didn’t report the car until 7:36 am if they towed it at 2:30 am??? They blamed it on the tow truck driver who is “new.” After learning their information they still decided to charge me full price and they refused to tell me what the boss or owners name was because he was scared he would get fired if he told me.THE WORST TOW COMPANY.

Needed my car towed up the road. Incredibly fast and courteous service, they recognized they've had some bad customer relations in the past and have rectified the problem. If you need a local Pacifican tow, these are your guys.

No one looks forward to having their car towed, but to make it even worse..... The owner, worker, or whoever this guy claims to be is rude. I didn't take my frustration out on him, I didn't yell or scream. From the get- go the person who answered the phone had a nasty tone. On top of this rough start. They didn't report the tow until 6 hours after it was towed. So for 6 hours I'm thinking my car was stolen. If your car gets towed by this company I'm sorry for you. Sorry for their ignorance and rudeness. Unfortunately, companies like this will get away with it due to the nature of the business.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS... our beautiful unscathed car unfortunately had to get towed by "Kenny" the night shift driver.Our car was returned with a different L. front tire, and the R. Tire was dragged until the wiring showing substantial damage. From the front of the vehicles undercarriage all the way to the catalyst has been completely damaged!! My oil pan is now leaking.. I'm ashamed that this is a local business. Wow. The owner Keith told me to "Call my insurance company". This is NOT OK. I no longer feel safe in my vehicle that was previously remarkable... a car towed is expensive and stressful enough. This is just BS and No Way to do business.

So expensive to get a car out of this tow yard. They charge for every day your car is in there. Literally took all my money, and the car I was getting out wasn’t even mine! ? All kinds of fees for no reason.

I needed to have my car towed to my mechanic in Daly City. I called Patrick at Big Guys Towing & he showed up within 20 minutes! Patrick is courteous, knowledgeable & professional. Needed a tow from park parking lot to my friends house and they showed up after 30 min. Pricing is very good, for a Sunday afternoon, compared to other tow companies in the area which charged double. The guy was very skillful in maneuvering the vehicle with a locked steering wheel. We were so thankful that he showed up, unlike the tow company that Geico contacted that was a no show, no call.

These 2 guys are almost like gangsters. They never follow regulations. They do what they can to make you pay as much as they can. Very rude. They talk to you like they own your sweet ass. When you speak to them you know these people went to prison before. Even you gave up your car, they will come after you with a debt collector. But what my friend did is just ignore all letters sent from debt collectors. Then they will eventually leave you alone. Once your car is in their yard, you will have to pay through your nose to get it back. I did use their service to drag my old car out of a ditch once. I paid $75. Not bad. But other times dealing with them my friend and I had very bad experience.

It's a tow company that does impounds. So they'll naturally have bad reviews. Read the reviews over 1 star because most of those are impounds and are just hating on them.
