They might as well just close this branch. I have heard nothing but horror stories about having to drive over the hill just for basic help.

Every time I come into the bank it is a long wait for a really simple transaction. They only have one teller and three others that don't help in peak hours. The banking hours are not convenient either. They close at 4? It makes it really hard to bank there.

The teller lady and her trainee were great. Even while she was showing him while helping me it was still timely. No line. So I'm not sure about the previous reviews. Compared to mission st branch this place is great.
