This is a scam and clothing isn't what is advertised or written on website. I ordered the "100% cotton pj's" and was delivered cheap polyester pj's. It took be 3 weeks to get in touch with a customer service representative in which I was told to return and they would refund my CC once received. It has been 3 months since I have seen a return or heard from anyone at this company. I have reported to my Credit Card Company and fraud.

Not only does Vivian's Boutique have the softest, trendiest, and high quality clothes with the best prices for all ages, the owner herself is such a gem! She's been the longest standing shop on the west side (38 years and counting!) and it's obvious as to why! She knows fashion like none other and is beyond helpful and encouraging! Ditch the online shopping and go get styled by the queen herself! She always gives such good deals and sometimes she throws in a little gift too! You will never be disappointed leaving this vortex of love and fashion! You can tell I'm there all the time especially with my sister playing dress up!! thank you Vivian for all you do!

I have been shopping at Vivian's for years. Her boutique is my favorite in Los Angeles. She has excellent taste, way ahead of the trend and the best customer service in the business. Her prices are great and the clothes so fashionable and her taste is the best. She has a great eye and knows how to put things together. You get a lot for your money. Shopping there is true retail therapy. I get compliments wherever I go. I recommend her place to everyone.

Beautiful clothes at excellent prices, whenever I need new things to buy this is my first stop. You won't be disappointed! Excellent, excellent store and Vivian is an amazing stylist. I always look great when I'm wearing her clothing.

I brought my girlfriend from out of town to shop. As usual, Vivian treated us like queens and we had the most fun shopping day! Vivian is so awesome at finding just the right thing to suit your needs and make you look beautiful! This place is a gem!!

I ordered some cute dress bottoms from here. Received the item in time but they were just to small. I couldn't button them up. It was for a suprise party the next day. I no longer needed the pants and asked for a refund. Now it's going on 2 weeks since going back and forth through email for my refund. I've done every thing they asked and I have a confirmed delivery back to them and they wont redundant me. Give me my money back and beware of this nonsense. They keep telling me they cant see my attached image, then they said to circle the info they needed, and they keep saying they cant find it. Please read the review before ordering anything from them. Especially if you think you may need to return it.

Vivian's Boutique is a place I just love to go to. I have been going there for more than 18 years now. Vivian has a great selection of clothing for all ages. I actually now live in Georgia and I'll make my way back to Vivian's Boutique at least twice a year! You just tell her what's on your mind and she becomes your fairy godmother! My favorite part is the pricing, and her personalized attention.

That Lady loves this shop. The owner has a good eye for fashion, that Lady says. That Lady loves the store as it is stocked with unusual and fashion smart clothing not seen elsewhere. Plus Vivian has great suggestions for accessories and the eye for putting things together. The prices are great and that Lady is always getting compliments from her friends and they keep asking where she got this item or that blouse etc. Anyway, if you are fashion conscious, like great prices and, more importantly, your friends constantly asking you where you purchased your wardrobe, Vivian's Boutique maybe your answer.
