Today I went to the post office at 5.05. There were 2 customers in the office, one of whom was filling out a form. The office worker told me that the office was already closed. I tried to explain that I just need to scan the bar code - it takes 10-15 seconds her time.she repeated to me again - the post office is already closed. I asked her to do me a favor and scan the barcode - this requires one movement of the hand.She repeated again - ma'am, the post office is closed.she spent more time on these bickering than the tim required for her service and help!!!why, when I come to the post office in the morning at the moment it opens, they never open exactly at 9 am?sometimes their worker washes the floor, sometimes they are busy with their own affairs.why are customers supposed to be patient and understanding, and wait 15-20 minutes-but employees can't spend 15 seconds of time helping a customer!

Called on Wed. Asked if Passport service walk in is accepted. Man on the phone said yes and to come in from 10 - 3. Next day arrived at 10 am. No one in line with me. Lady working there turned me away saying walk ins are only on Monday 10 - 1 and I might have to wait 2 hours. Monday is MLK holiday they are closed. I gave 3 stars because she kind enough to ask me what I need to get done. But USPS in general is difficult explaining their rules and timing.

I should give 0 stars. 1 star is too much.This Usps center used to be really good. And with nice workers years ago. What happened?This lady, Janice A. Kelly ( African American) needs to change her attitude. We are in California!She was so rude with my husband. I tried to be nice and show her again our appointment from the email confirmation we have ... she cut me off, continued to act like the owner of the place, and sent me out to wait instead of looking at my appointment.It was already time for our scheduled appointment. Everything was slow. 15-20 minutes delay.I asked the supervisor to give me her name because I can't tolerate people like her in this world... he closed the door in my face, and off course, he didn't give me the name.In the end, he took a photo of my appointment, and he came back with her paper... we discovered... we were there on her list... she didn't even apologize!She continued to send me a superior attitude when I tried to see her name.Why did that happen?What is wrong with people like Janice A Kelly? Are they not happy with their life? Why do they choose to work with the public if they can't be nice all day.I came from work awake from 1 a.m. , more than 12 hours without sleep, trying to re-new a passport, scheduled, and appointment in time (1 month before) and bump into a rude USPS worker with a bossy attitude telling us we don't have appointment on her paper without even trying to see our appointment.That's not good !I hope USPS will take action about this. Go home, lady! This is not a job for you.Come back when you are nice enough!

Power trip, these people here give us a hard time for our 4 mo old baby passport. They made us wait even with appointment, there reason is to prioritize the people who just walk in because they are paying customer. I don't bother to argue. We just left! It's crazy how government employees who get paid by our tax take everything for granted, knowing that they don't get fired because of union.

This is a great post office to handle complex requests, passport renewals etc. Michelle and the rest of the staff are super knowledgeable, professional, and easy to talk to. Making an appointment is easy and I recommend that for passports.

Do not go here for passport services. They only have one person doing everything. She’s doing a good job all things considered, but the location is severely understaffed and you’ll be waiting an extra 30 min to an hour before you’re even seen.

Every time the delivery fails, which happens very often, the responsibility is shifted to the recipient. They claim to have made a delivery attempt and left a notice to collect the package at the post office, but I have never actually received a single notice from USPS. They won’t deliver even after multiple attempts to schedule redelivery.

Went in for our baby’s passport. Kendra stayed after her shift was over to help us out. We were in and out in under 20 minutes. Thank you to the team at the palisades post office

What has the world come to? The automated system makes it *impossible* to talk to a human. I spent 30 min trying to navigate to 'speak with an agent', but the automated system literally spins you in circles so you can't talk to a human. I hate civilization like this.

It's been a month that I use this facility to send a package to Brasil, and for some reason still says is there! I contacted them twice and they keep saying isn't there. But there isn't any track after they received (and I paid $40) for the shipment, and if I try to use the tracking number at the Brazilian post office, nothing there matches. Where is my package Palisades post office?

The woman at the counter, very arrogant and very racist, giving bad service, does not deserve to have such a person where the whole community is very friendly.

Not helpful and have bad attitudes. They need new employees and people who are kind. You can tell they hate their jobs.

We needed to get our 8 year old her first passport which was a daunting process to gather everything and find time we could both be there. Michelle helped us and made the process easy and stress free. She was sweet and did not rush us. She answered all our questions and was very clear on next steps. She deserves a 5 star on customer service.
