The woman at the register is so rude- I saw there was a card that said you $2 off if you get gas and I said, “Oh, I got gas!” She proceeded with a stony face to tell me that it was my job to tell the man that I get $2 off and made it seem as though I was asking for a ton. Very strange encounter when I was just sort of happy to know that I could get $2 off. Also, they didn’t used to upsell and touch your car and tell you what you need and refuse to show the list of washes & pricing until you ask 3 times. There are too many good carwash places to go to ever come here again. This place used to be great. I don’t know what happened.

I wish I could give zero stars. They do a terrible job and are rude and argumentative. They left soap scum and water stains all over my car. Do yourself a favor and go to Kevin behind Cafe Luxxe

Good service but with the cheapest exterior wash at least they don’t try too hard to get the sap off the car.

Fair pricing, reasonably quick service, and a decent car wash. Would rate higher except the process of dropoff, payment, and pickup wasn't clearly communicated.

Delightful experience at a car wash up in Palisades. It’s across from a Ralph’s so I was able to grab groceries and come back quickly. They had gas too, and it was dollar cheaper than down the street! I asked how long they had been there and the kind assistant manager told me it’s under new management and undergoing some changes. I will definitely be going back!

This place is disorganized. Just a lot of cars all over, no queue, seems like chaos to me. You may wait, but nobody will attend you for quite a while, and it's unclear if they ever will. I also don't like the external car wash. It forces you to drive your car into this narrow rail with one wheel, shift to neutral. It always feels like it will damage my car.

This sounds like a joke, wish it was. They brought my car to me and as I watched them pull up out of the "Express Wash" lane they went over a bump wrong and not just popped my tire...rendered it useless. I went up and asked them what just happened and they handed me the keys and walked away. I approached them again and they told me to leave. You can't make this kind of thing up. Thanks to the dude at the hardware store for helping me get my car to the gas station down the road for a full tire replacement. Do not go here unless you want your car dirtier than it came and undriveable.
