Dr. L and this clinic is the worst possible vet I have ever experienced. I left 5 messages since my dog's blood work last Friday and have never received a reply GO SOMEWHERE ELSE---anywhere!!!!!

We took our cat here, and they provided misguided information around an intestinal blockage.Skip the pain and hassle for your pet and go to an actual emergency clinic. They downplayed the issue and charged significantly for very prefunctory services like a "fast ultrasound."

We live in the Palisades and I have been using Pali Vet for years. Dr. Jordon and her predecessor provided excellent care. With regret I must post a warning to others. I made an emergency visit to Pali Vet because our then 2 year old pup became lethargic and demonstrated a neurological issue. Rather than perform a urine test to see if he ate something, a complete work up was done at tremendous cost; as it turned out our pup must have ingested something and he quickly recovered within a few hours of being seen. I paid the bill and then wrote to the owner several times and expressed concern about the billing practice. I anticipated the owner would respond and work through the problem. The owner ignored my request for a conversation. Be careful about over utilization. Also, I made several requests for my pups records which were ignored. Finally, yesterday the records were sent to me by email. I inquired once again about having a conversation with the owner. The owner did not respond. Clearly the owner is unwilling to address a reasonable request for a conversation. Be careful if you use this facility. I will post again if this review results in the owner responding.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE. If I could give 0 stars I would. I took my 2 1/2 year old cat here, she's been to lots of different vets and cat dentists and we've never had an issue. After waiting 40 minutes, hearing a scream meow from the back, and then seeing another HUGE cat wandering out, the vet finally came out to tell me my cat was 'attacking' them... My cat has never attacked anyone, and we've never had an issue at any other vet or drs appointment. I asked what they did, she said nothing. Which was shocking after waiting 40 minutes. I took her home and when I got her out of her carrier her leg was soaking wet, I smelled it and it wreaked of alcohol. After calling the office back again, demanding they tell me what they did to my cat, the front desk was adamant they did nothing and almost hung up on me. I had to argue with her to finally ask the doctor what was done since my cat was now licking it and I have no idea what it is or if it's safe. They should have told me what was done and cleaned it off. The doctor said maybe my cat didn't like the smell...it did small like p*** and pee, but maybe she didn't like the treatment or having another HUGE cat wandering around her. If you care about your pet, don't bring them here.

Thanks to Dr. L and her staff, my 11 year old Westie now has her severe skin allergies in check. Seriously, this journey has been so challenging for several years, several veterinarian clinicians and specialists. I am elated that I now have my sweet and happy Westie dog back that is loving life again.Thank you Dr L. For your patience and expertise!!?❤️

In all the veterinary hospitals I have been to over the many years and pets I have had, THIS clinic/hospital has demonstrated incredibly compassionate care for my current pet, a cat named Lilly de Pueblo.Dr. L was very attentive and caring when treating Lilly. She observed her, took necessary actions to eliminate possible diagnosis's, and listened to what my observations of Lilly were when she was at home.Ultimately, after trying to treat Lilly's condition at home in her own environment, it became clear that Lilly needed round the clock care with IV fluids and medications to help her.Today, 5 days home from her hospitalization, I am very happy to report that Lilly is doing much better. She still has a little more healing to do, but she shows improvement everyday.Lilly is an adopted older kitty, so we don't know all that she has been through, but I do know this much; no cat could be more loved more than she, and no Veterinarian could be kinder and more thorough than Dr. L. Thank you Dr. L and PPVC staff!

Horrible service & experience. We booked our dog a vaccination and called ahead to make sure they had it and we were all set no less than 3 times. We drove an hour & when we got there, they didn't have the vaccine in stock. Their only response was 'sorry'.We're now scrambling to find an alternative a few days before our travel. Wouldn't be as upset if we hadn't called for them to check in advance. Clearly they were just too lazy to actually check.

Horribly disorganized, unprofessional, and frankly rude. Will be taking my pet for care elsewhere.

The vets are alight. They have a Saturday office Visit policy that all visits cost $180. Even if you have been a patient for a long time. If you have a choice to go to another veterinarian, You should really not come here

Read all of the one star reviews and stay away from this place! I have filed a complaint with the state veterinary board and if your pet has been hurt or mistreated by Dr. L, I urge you to do the same. Please know I write so that you are able to keep your pet out of harms way. We thought we would switch to Pali Vet out of convenience. Please know, although the location is convenient your pet's life and health may be in jeopardy .Please DO NOT send your pet to this negligent and poorly run business. I have done more research, and there are countless stories of gross negligence and endangerment by Dr. Litochleb. I am glad I ran before any serious harm was done. Others here aren't as lucky. Here is my story. My pets records were sent ahead of time and were completely ignored at my first visit. After waiting two hours, The owner,Dr. Litochleb did not even know the gender of my dogs! She was completely out to lunch. The staff was overworked and seemed as if they had given up. Thinking they may have been having a bad day I gave them a second chance when my senior dog had an infection. I brought my younger pups in as well for a smaller issue. The doctor had a wet rattling cough which she spewed everywhere mask pulled down and unapologetic. She seemed confused again and didn't greet my dogs or me. There was zero communication while we waited for three hours! We retrieved our dogs without consultation. It was a horrid and sobering experience. Also be aware that most of the good reviews you see here on Yelp are written for a vet that no longer works there. Beware and stay away from this horrible place!

They will kill your pets. Not sure how the doctor and her staff are not in jail, this office might as well be run by people who didn't go to school and don't have a license. Just retire and close your practice, stop murdering our pets. You write prescriptions that causing an overdose and your diagnosis is completely wrong.

Trust me when I say this. Do not take your pets here! They are very unprofessional. All they care about is the money. The prices are going up a ridiculous amount and we aren't aware of it. The owner of the practice which is Dr L, an older lady, has severe dementia. I catch her talking to herself and forget what she's going to do to help my pet. She repeats herself a lot and doesn't remember things. At the end of the day it's about the treatment we get to help our pets and I truly don't think it's safe for us to bring our pets here with someone who doesn't remember what they are doing. Who is constantly changing their mind on what needs to be done to help them. She treats her staff so horribly. I've seen it. There's always new people working here. There's a lot of clients that have been coming here for many MANY years and they are noticing how much this place has changed since then and how horrible it's getting. I just want you guys to be aware of what you are getting yourself into when it comes to the treatment for your pets. There's plenty of other hospitals out there that are better! Don't come here just because it's convenient. Establish your relationship with the Dr. before hand!! Be alert when it comes to Dr L and question her tactics.

Unfortunately you can wait on hold for over 20 minutes every time you call. The service isn't great. It is all very slow. They are always out of flea and tick medicine and stuff that I need to get. The doctor seems pretty capable but I'm not totally 100% sure. One time I needed to drop my dog off to be looked at and they charged me $120 for just the drop off.

Please read this review. My dog was 11 years old and vibrant. We noticed something was bothering his leg, and so we took him to see Dr. Ohm.Dr. Ohm prescribed my dog with 2 different painkillers for a "sprained knee". One was a non-steroid painkiller (NSAID) and one was a painkiller for nerve damage.A week later, his office called urgently: "You need to stop taking the drug - the doctor overprescribed the painkiller."Sure enough - Scooter was given 100mg/dose of the NSAID versus the recommended 50mg dosage. We ran blood panels, and immediately saw his liver levels were elevated, a side effect of pain killer overdose. My dog just died two days ago, a month after going to see Dr. Ohm for a knee problem. Since Scooter died, I have gotten countless text messages from Dr. Ohm where he admits that Scooter was overdosed, but deflects responsibility. This is the kind of vet you want? Please, please, please go elsewhere. If you have any questions, please reach out to me directly.

Unfortunately, I had a terrible and frankly frightening experience here. If you love your pets, please take them somewhere else.
