“The business I work for switched to Elite Merchant Solutions for their in house credit card processing in May of 2022. We have been working specifically with Melissa Carter and JD Irwin @ Elite, as our account managers. They have gone above and beyond in their duties, providing excellent customer service and very timely communications and updates. Not to mention the money that the business is now able to save on even a daily basis. If it had not been for Melissa reaching out, we would still be paying an astronomical amount in credit card processing fees. “This is my favorite Rite Aide! They always have everything I need and the best selection of Thrifty ice cream. I bought the professional grade ice cream scooper and my ice cream looks amazing with every scoop. My favorite ice cream is the Rocky Toad, chocolate brownie, black cherry and butter pecan. Many other places serve Thrifty ice cream in their establishments for a higher price because you can get hooked. Thrifty still have the best ice cream”

“I've been going to this Vons for year's and recently had a good experience with Christina who introduced me to the Vons app, and the Weds and Friday specials - which I usually never paid attention to. I have the Pavillions app, and thought it was the same for Vons. Christina explained the app and how it works and I really appreciate the extra time and quality of her service. “I use this pharmacy constantly and yet never leave a review . But I will never go anywhere else. The pharmacists here, particularly Viola and her team, are extraordinary, every day, day after day, long hours on their feet. They go above and beyond. I see so many negative reviews on here, and I am not trying to invalidate anyone else's experience- getting prescriptions can be extremely frustrating, in particular, trying to coordinate doctors who don't call back, and uncooperative insurance companies. But I have picked up prescriptions for friends and family at other places - from Big Box stores where you can wait a week or more for your order to come in (I can't wait a week for my meds!) or other much busier drugstore pharmacies with long lines and too few staff who are too rushed and disgruntled to give the service I receive every day at my own pharmacy. Right now, Rite Aid is coordinating the transfer of a very high cost med from another pharmacy where my crazy doctor called it in, so I don't have to go pick it up across town and they can get it for the same low price (0$!!!!!!) they always have. They don't need to do that. When a prescription hasn't been covered (not their fault!), they work with me to find the best discount they can. Thank you to all the staff at Rite Aid Magnolia and Whitsett. You make my life a little bit easier.”
“This is not an easy pharmacy to work at. They have a huge workload and they are one of the few 24 hour locations in the valley. I am writing this review to give special thanks to Behrad and Cameran who are particularly passionate about keeping their pharmacy in good spirits with their awesome work ethic. “I find this Vons to be very nice. It is tight but well organized. The food is fresh and reasonably priced. I have never had poor service and Evan provided outstanding customer service to me -- better than any other grocery store. The value compares with other store around.”
“My first time to stop by at this branch. And I did not get to the right entrance in the first place. I guess they changed the entrance to other side for safety and protection. The entrance is not on Pico Blvd, but on Lincoln instead.Maybe due to Christmas season and understaff, or maybe the parking lot is just too small, the store is not crowded and some of the shelves are empty especially popular items in pharmacy and on sale isle.2 cashiers are working hard efficiently to help people check out sooner and they are very friendly and nice. This Walgreens is small, yet with technology display that impresses me a lot. Rather than open and close the door, you know what's inside. This is like what I have seen in Korean subway station where people can simply tap and order to be delivered home before they board the train.It is still clean, quiet and safe to visit. The sign is not too strong or clear like other branches. Maybe this is intended to be a community oriented store?I do hope they fill the stock soon so people can get what they come here for. “This location has the nicest staff! Was just in getting a passport picture and Rudy was so helpful. He took my photo and did not stop til I found the perfect shot. He was so funny and kind and very helpful. Thank you Rudy for great experience! The rest of the staff was really nice as well! Highly recommend if you need a passport pic.”
“This vons has a lot of shenanigans surrounding it but they handle it really well and have ample security in the parking lot and the store. This is my neighborhood store and the employees are very friendly. Especially the produce guys, a few of the cashiers and the reason I am writing this review of for the bakery department. The customer service is outstanding- especially Carter! This is my go to bakery when I have to order cakes or cupcakes. They are best cupcakes in town and very reasonably priced. I ordered 4 dozen cupcakes the night before I needed them and they were made right on time and were beautiful. Thank you!”
“The local Ralph's Fresh Fare. Can't say anything bad about the place, friendly staff, clean place and plenty of selection. This is my go to spot to pickup beer and snacks or a whole grocery run.”

I totally agree this place used to be dumpy but in the past 6-12 months, I think folks will find it's significantly improved. They have tons of produce / organic options. The self-serve checkout makes it very easy to get in & get out. They have most traditional products, if that's what you're in need of. Overall I think they've definitely tried to up their game and it shows.”

“I have a fondness for this Ralph's, although I can't quite pinpoint why. It's spacious, well-stocked, and rarely too crowded. However, the quality of service from the staff can be hit or miss, particularly in areas like the deli and dairy sections. While there are a couple of seasoned workers who truly seem to appreciate their customers, many of the younger staff members don't go out of their way to be welcoming. Nonetheless, when approached, most of them are willing to assist. Ultimately, though, it's the store itself that keeps me coming back to this Ralph's, rather than the people who work there.”

Incredibly friendly staff who seem genuinely happy to be there, and the dynamic between the employees is positive and fun! They seem to really care about each other and their customers, and they sure have to put up with a lot of not-so-sane customers because of the location (the bowling alley gets rowdy!) yet they handle bad situations with class. “This is a fine drugstore and a fine pharmacy but I wanted to write about what happened today. I realized in the afternoon that I had lost my wallet yesterday afternoon. I called the store and they had it in their lost & found. What a relief! I just picked it up with all the contents intact, including cash and credit cards. I must have left the wallet on the pharmacy counter so it is the personnel there and in the drugstore that must be commended for their honesty and the best business practices. Thank you!!!”
