I've been coming here but honestly they're only good for a pedi. There's one lady who can do acrylic and she's the pretty one besides that everyone else especially the owner do not know how to do nails. I made the mistake of asking for gel X at this place she put so much glue on that she glued my skin to the nails she also ate you ready for this, I should have left right then she only had one box of coffin mediums she literally said she'll shape the nail into whatever shape I want as if she's a master shaper haha that is so cheap on the owners part. Go buy some nails for your customers lady. You're charging ocean side prices at least do a good job. Literally a 9 year old can glue gel-x onto your nails correctly. It was my fault I sat through this whole thing and went with her b******* just so I wasn't being rude to an older lady.

Rude customer service and a terrible polish job. Peeled off immediately. Please throw away your old polishes and provide a good service.

Oh my goodness where do I even begin. So we walk in and ask for 2 pedis and 1 mani. She says that if we get another mani it will only be 10 more dollars so we are like, “sure why not” and regretted it. They ask us if we want a neck massage and one of us says yes and the other says no. They proceed to massage both of us even though one of us said no thank you. The nails turned out terrible and bad quality too. I was like if the nails are good then this place won’t be a 1 star and more like a 3 star. The nails are the crusty dustiest nails ever! They are so gross and we should have had a sign when there was no one in there and all of the employees were surrounding us. We were checking out ready to get out of that place when one of the ladies says, “it will be $302 sorry sorry!” And that was when the line was drawn. They also only accepted cash and ofc we didn’t have that in cash so we were looking for an atm when they were like, “we have one in here don’t go to a bank just use ours!” And proceeds to point to an unplugged atm. We were like no and got the cash, did not tip, and then one of the ladies chased after our car and tells us we didn’t give the right amount when really just her counting was off and she was trying to get more money. I would give this 0 starts but that’s not possible so I give it a 1. 10/10 would NOT recommend and I’m surprised this place isn’t shut down already.Services: Foot massage

It makes me extremely sad to give them a poor rating. However, the ladies that work there are just not trained in doing nails. I have been here 2 times now because it's so close I really want to give them a try. Both times the women that worked on me just could not remove old nail nail polish properly; could not cut cuticles, and lastly could not paint the nails. I hate giving poor ratings because I too work in the service industry. I really hope someone reads this review from the salon and invests in training their staff. I can also see that I am not the only one who feels this way. I guess if you are desperate then you should come here. Good luck to you.

SHAME ON THIS BUSINESS!!! They should be called bloody nails, not lovely nails! I'm writing this on behalf of my elderly mother who got a pedicure here recently. As the lady was cutting my mom's cuticles on her toes, my mom told her that she cut her and was hurting her. The woman doing the pedicure DENIED cutting my mom! My mom told me that she had to put Neosporin on her toe for a week and it was uncomfortable to wear close-toed shoes. I was so upset to hear this. It's one thing to accidentally cut a customer and give them a discount and apologize, and something else to deny that you even hurt them despite the bleeding. Shame on you. I can't believe you were still given a tip. This business should be closed.

I have been here many times before and had a better experience, but yesterday I got a gel pedicure and it turned out AWFUL! I insisted on getting this uneven/odd nail situation fixed (bc initial I was getting French tip on my toes), and the lady couldn't do it, so the salon decided that all I could get was this horrible purple color on my toes and the nails are still uneven. I was made to pay for this pedicure without a promise of fixing it! When I got home I noticed that one whole foot didn't even have a top coat and that is when I lost it. I would not recommend this place to anyone, unless they address this issue correctly. UPDATE (the next day I went back and got the uneven part of my nails fixed. I didn't have time for a color change so unfortunately I was stuck with the purple, but I am happier about them being more even.) Thanks!

None of the tools they used were sanitized/clean, which I think is the most egregious offense. When I walked in, the place was clearly outdated and dingy--some of the pedicure chairs had rips in them and shoddy patches covering up other rips, the nail polish they used for me had to be thinned out because it was likely expired, and the place was generally grimy/dusty. Only some of the staff were masked, despite sitting in the client-facing areas. My manicurist didn't do a great job either. I watched as she used way too much polish and put it on haphazardly, making it super thick and uneven. I left with a no-chip manicure that had bubbles and bumps in it. My no-chip manicure chipped after 3 days. This place needs a serious revamping and better tools.

I walked in today and I was not greeted for a while. I awkwardly took a seat hoping someone would say something to me. And after about 10 minutes of awkward stares , someone finally comes up to me and very publicly asked me what I wanted because they were busy, in front of everyone to see and hear. I was humiliated. I apologized for even walking in and quickly stormed out. I regret ever trying this place.

I went in with my daughter during the LA mask requirement for COVID and the customers in there are awful. I feel bad for the workers that have to deal with those ladies. Just really nasty clients go there. Three were deliberately not wearing masks and when asked, refused to put them on and one wore it under her nose (gross) and so disrespectful! The U.S. is nowhere near herd immunity. Only about 37 percent of Americans are fully vaccinated, and providers are administering about 44 percent fewer vaccines a day on average than they were on April 13, the peak. JUST IN LA, California health officials announced that the state would begin following the Centers for Disease Control's eased mask guidelines starting June 15. That is over a month from now. The is just poor management. However, we found a new place that I love with great clients, management and respectful customers! My nails are better than ever so I will write that review next!
