I cannot recommend the JGJ team and experience more! I’ve purchased a few pieces from them and each time I’m impressed with the level of insight, service, and creativity the team exhibits.First of all, they’ve curated such a beautiful and unique collection of designers and pieces, that there’s truly something for everyone. I love their focus on supporting upstart designers, propelling women in business, and making sure you (as the buyer) find exactly what you’re looking for.Second, their customer service is second to none. Every single interaction I’ve had with the team is timely, professional, and “going the extra mile”. Special thanks to Marie for her help in getting a piece resized and her consultation on the right steps to make it exactly what I had envisioned. Thank you JGJ team!

Jaimie Geller is a quaint, thoughtfully curated jewelry store that has lived in Pacific Palisades for 15 plus years. The owner is a local mom whose family has been in the industry for years and takes pride in her own unique designs as well as gorgeous lines such as Carbon and Hyde, Jacquie Aiche, etc. What I particularly love about her store is that there are items that range from under $1000 to obviously the really pricey stuff. Jaimie is also incredibly generous to the local schools and charities and always contributes silent auction items when solicited. Her store is a gem for the local community as is her family.

I love this family owned jewelry shop. Definitely a great place to get a bat mitzvah gift or a gift for any special occasion. They stock the best styles and the customer service is top notch. I even got my ears pierced here when she had an event with Jacquie Aiche .

Outstanding service and expertise! I had my wedding ring and band resized here. When I picked up my rings not only did they fit perfectly, but they were more spectacular than when I brought them in.

Horrible experience here. I wouldn't trust them with any expensive jewelry. I took my engagement ring to get sized here in 2018 because a coworker had referred them. This year my ring cracked down the middle, it looked like it was exactly where it was sized: I took it in to get repaired. They told me it would be $50 to repair the metal & check for loose stones. A week later they handed me back the ring which still had a seam in the metal AND the stone in the center was completely loose - it spun in circles in the setting. I had been wearing the ring previous to bringing it in so I'm more than certain that the diamond wasn't about to fall out when I brought it in. So not only was the work poor quality but it must take some serious lack of detail to hand back a ring with main stone loose. They kept the ring to finish fixing it. I called back one day to inquire about why the stone had come loose and why the metal had cracked & get an update and they told me that whoever had sized the ring had done a poor job and used low grade gold.... THEY SIZED THE RING. I went to pick up the ring today and they charged me $90 dollars stating that "they had to use more gold" and diamonds "were popping off"... I tried to to get more info on what was actually done to the ring and only got completely rude responses from the woman at the front. Through out this 3 week process have not been able to speak to the actual jeweler once. Not only have they damaged the quality of the ring (it's no longer circular and has bumps) but the customer service was awful.

I should start by saying this is the first negative review I've ever written in 30+ years. Jamie geller has beautiful jewelry and I have bought several pieces there over the years. Very expensive but I love the look so I always felt it was worth it. But if you're looking to be treated like you're shopping at an upscale shop, don't come here. Over the years I've always been unhappy with the customer service. I've gone in several times and been completely ignored by all sales associates who were chatting and on their phones. I once had a stone fall out of a ring and it took weeks and weeks for the repair... In that time I called the store and left messages 5 TIMES, all of which went unanswered by the same sales associates who are always just staring at their phones when you walk in. And now most recently, i had a necklace with a chain that broke so I brought it in to get it repaired. When i dropped off the necklace, I was told no price (normal for an expensive jewelry store to repair when a simple chain comes open free of charge)....i was also given a sheet explaining the repair which also said no charge on it. They took nearly two weeks to do the simple repair and then charged me $45 when I went to pick it up. I told them I was not told a price, showed them my paperwork showing no charge on it and said I've never been charged for a simple repair like this at any nice jewelry store before. Even seeing that i was clearly told no charge, they just repeated that's the price. The sales woman actually said to me, "don't do your repairs here. Just buy your jewelry here." Guess what, Jamie Geller, I'll be doing neither again. I'm not paying these prices for jewelry that is not up to the expected quality (2 of my 4 pieces have had issues) so that i can be deceived by rude sales people and nickle and dimed. I won't be shopping here again and you shouldn't either.

We have gotten all our jewelery here since we got engaged and let me tell you it's the best! Michael can make anything, and the staff is so helpful, personable, and kind! They really help you find what is right for you and aren't concerned about trying to upsell you. If you are looking for a place with beautiful jewelery, modern and classic, and the best staff, JG is it!

I got a beautiful necklace here a few months back that was a reasonable price because it was on sale. A few months later the clasp just completely broke off which I thought seemed odd because the necklace wasn't even that old. I took it back to get fixed and they took it back, wrote an invoice for a new clasp and didn't write there would be any charge. So after 2 weeks I come back to pick up my necklace and it's fixed with a new clasp, and they said it was going to be $45 plus almost $5 in tax, almost $50 for a new clasp! They did not write this charge anywhere on the invoice, and at that point I had to pay it to get my necklace, but had I known I would've brought elsewhere or at least known about the charge. It was not honest and in not good business practice to not be clear about a charge through communicating it or writing it on an invoice, which after all is meant to indicate the charges. I thought this fix to the necklace was going to be complimentary since I bought it there and it wasn't that old.
