Best styles, best prices, best people to help you find what's right for you ... I live up north - family in LA-Malibu - and I just wish I were there for the Mama's Day Sale!

This women was so unbelievably rude. My dad parked his car for five minutes while he was waiting for me as I drove down the Highlands. She then came out and began to yell at us and called me names. Which I have video proof of. Funny that the rudest lady has a store called "happy." Really wish I could post the video.

I bought a pair of boots that were in the wrong box regarding the size, noted that they were big when home and was able to walk around in them. Then saw the size of the boots were bigger than the size on box (very clear stickers had size on boot) They are the kind of boots that stretch. The store would not let me return them and I felt this was bad business. I will sell the boots on Ebay and will not shop in this store again ever.

This is a classic example of short-term thinking of some small business owners. My wife has bought THOUSANDS of dollars of clothing and jewelry at Happy over the years - we live on the Palisades and valued the design selection and sensibility of the store. With one purchase, a pair of black Paige jeans, my wife tried to return the jeans after a few weeks (we travel a lot internationally and this was one of those times). The owner was VERY unpleasant and unwilling to take the jeans back for a credit (we didn't want a refund since we shop there a lot). Bad customer service, poor human interaction (she was sarcastic and rude, rolling eyes, etc.). My wife was respectful and is very gentle person (she is a therapist and good w/people) and was shaking when she got back from the store, so upset at how she was treated. My wife still has another credit that she refuses to claim there from something else as she refuses to go in the store. Buyer beware - inflexible, rude service despite nice products.

I have lived in the area for a long time and I am thrilled to have this store in my neighborhood. The owner Dawn is extremely knowledgable and provides great customer service. She has the cutest style and I love how she is able to know what will look good on me and style me based on my personality. I always get compliments on my outfits when they come from Happy. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great clothes with great stylists.

modern, chic, quintessential So Cal, Happy LA buyers are always on point. The store sells beachy-bohemian accessories some of which are their own brand. If you want a classic, sophisticated version of 'beachy-bohemian', HAPPY LA is a boutique you would enjoy visiting.

I love everything about this store - especially my new wedges!! The clothes and the accessories they carry are so unique. I'm also a big fan of their adorable nicknacks, which make perfect gifts. I've gotten lots of items from Happy LA and everytime I wear any of their clothing I get tons of compliments. Hands down my new fave store!

I really love this store. The owners, Lori and Dawn are really smart when it comes to knowing their customers' needs. I have been in to happy LA on numerous occasions and have never felt pressure to buy. The store is merchandised well and there are always amazing accessories to choose from. I particularly love the selection of Chan Luu and Me and Ro jewelry- and usually end up leaving with something!! The decor and design of the store is bright and vibrant and always reminds me of the beach- which is just down the road. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for closet staples and accessories.

They are quite pricey but they have great stuff. People in the Pacific Palisades Highlands (where it's located) can probably offord it but I think it's too much $$$
