This wonderful ambiance and design has been completed by excellent people here. All of them are extremely professional and competent and will make you feel like you are in a perfume boutique with a boutique shopping approach. It is a photogenic concept store worth visiting just to get this unique customer experience.

i’m often intimidated to enter flagship stores because i had past experiences where the sales associates can be unwelcoming and cold. however this was not the case here, as David was so kind and patient with us. i initially came in to just browse around but he was very knowledgeable about the background and history of all of the products in the store, you could really tell that he knew what he was talking about! i got to learn a lot of fun facts about each of the products and he gave such nice recommendations, i could not recommend another location! this is the one to go to i will be returning to this one specifically for the kind service :D

I came here to purchase a Diptyque fragrance for the first time and had the most wonderful shopping experience with my boyfriend, thanks to Eddie. I had little knowledge of the scents beforehand and Eddie wasted no time in diligently introducing the lineup to me. He patiently led me through each scent, giving clear and concise descriptions after every one. I was pleased to be able to find the dreamiest scent, and this was truly a fun and special experience. Thank you for providing excellent customer service! We will definitely be returning in the future.

David on the team here has helped me make multiple purchases virtually and always goes above and beyond with his customer care, thoughtful messaging and amazing packaging. These products are amazing, but the customer service and care really puts this location on the top tier of shopping experiences.

Called to place a phone order and was told they needed to call me right back. An hour later no call and when I call back it goes to voicemail. They are now closed for the night. Very unprofessional and rude to say they would call me right back. I’ve shopped with Diptyque in Los Angeles for years and will be taking my business elsewhere.
