The line is still usually long. However, I can tell the pharmacy team is improving their services. The counter reps are greeting customers with smiles and a hello ( thank you Mike), pharmacists filling non-stopped orders speedily and accurately.

There is always a long line here. Morning, afternoon, evening doesn't matter. I'm only coming here because Aetna makes us for all prescriptions. Come January 1, we're moving to Anthem and 100% not coming back here.

A wasteland now. Nothing is in stock. Nothing can be found. No one to help.

This place is incredibly rude and make you wait far to long. I was asked to take a seat twice when I wanted to stand to avoid sitting on a chair that people wait with colds on, so they purposely made me wait longer for my medication when nobody was there. It was also returned back into stock after I missed collection by 1 hour on the first day of surgery, what happened to holding for 30 days?New staff required!

On 8/17 I shopped at the Palisades CVS in afternoon. After shopping I needed to go to the bathroom . ( I am 93) Manny opened the restroom for me, gratefully!! Then my bag was too heavy for me to carry. Suddenly, gracious. AMANDA Store Manager, approached to help. An uber was ordered by my family, but they cancelled, so another was ordered. no place to sit & wait; also cars could not drive in, so Amanda actually stood outside by entry with me by steps, not to leave me alone. I was no longer scared. I was so grateful for her staying by my side until the uber arrived. Please commend her with a raise. Never have I had such care

Amanda the Supervisor is Great. She cares about her customers, always be the first one to greet you and see if you need any assistance. Her uniform is professional. Very pretty if okay to say. If she doesn't know of an item you are looking for, she'll go beyond her duties to ensure to find the item you seek to ensure that your experience is great at this Cvs location.

The staff are stressed, verbally rude, and frequently incompetent. Add to this that many Palisades customers are entitled and self-absorbed and you've got one horrorshow of a store. But the whiny Palisadians aren't wrong- this is a truly horrible customer experience and there's nothing to suggest it's going to improve.

The staff at the pharmacy here are rude and unprofessional. The staff are horrible. They’re obviously poorly trained and have a nasty, condescending attitude on top of it. Having my prescriptions sent here is a nightmare every single time. The pharmacist never knows what they’re doing. It’s honestly worth driving to a better pharmacy where they’ll actually have your drugs.

Arnie and Willy were exceptionally kind and helpful to me in looking for boxes I could use for packing. In addition, Arnie helped me take them to and load them into the car.

Summary: If you are looking for accuracy and honesty from a pharmacist, you might want to look elsewhere ?Unprofessional pharmacist this evening. Had to argue with them in order to accomplish what I wanted (to pick up a prescription). Very odd situation. Very unprofessional staff, especially the pharmacist on duty.Update: I gave a one star review for my own visit yesterday, giving “another” one star today. Called regarding a prescription for my son and they told me they did not have it. I asked again and specified once more that it was sent to them about an hour earlier. The person I spoke with was clearly not happy that I questioned if they had received it and reluctantly said she was going to check again. And when she found it I was told that it literally came in that minute. Which is impossible because I spoke with our doctor after it was sent to CVS and even with huge delays it was not accurate. Now being a bit of a j**** I asked if she was being honest with me. Realizing that I had caught her not being truthful, I told that they were “the only gig left in town” and that they were “doing the best with the people they had left.” I can be very sympathetic if they are struggling with staffing, but honestly or accuracy should not be sacrificed as a result. We are dealing with medical situations here and a dishonest and/or inaccurate pharmacist is potentially very bad.In their defense and to balance out the two bad experiences recently, I have used this pharmacy on and off for a couple of years for myself and my family and other than fairly long lines at times, this is the first time that I have experienced problems here.

I just gave birth and my husband went to pick up a medication for me. About a week later, upon closer inspection, I see that CVS did not fill the full amount that the doctor prescribed. I called today to inform them of their mistake and ask for the remaining amount to be filled, and they said that insurance had capped the medication to a seven day supply. I asked why they did not inform us of that at the time so we had the option to either pay out of pocket or call the doctor for alternatives, and the pharmacist on the phone did not know why they did not consult us. I then asked to pick up the rest of the medication today, and she said the prescription just expired so CVS would need to contact the doctor's office for a refill. I asked, again, why I was not alerted that the prescription would expire. She said I should have gotten a text message, but I did not. So now, I am left with an incorrect amount of medication after giving birth and am in a position to just hope that the doctor's office sees this and responds in time for me to not run out of my medication. It is unconscionable to me that CVS would be so negligent in their dispensing practices as to not inform us of any changes they wished to make to my medication, and that they unilaterally made those changes simply due to payment methods as opposed to any health concerns. I am surprised that CVS would risk liability in such a manner, as if this resulted in any physical or monetary injuries to me, they would clearly be at fault. Make sure to always check your prescriptions if you get them filled at this CVS location.
