If I could give the CVS, zero, stars I would. The motto for the store should be "we don't care". I've been on hold with the pharmacy twice for a half an hour without them picking up. I'm sorry I don't care how busy you are, you have to be able to pick up a phone call over a half hour., I can't believe there's that much of a backlog. Three times I tried to get through to the front desk for the manager and the phone literally rang for 10 minutes with no voicemail and no one picking up. I am going to go there and get the district manager's name and file a huge complaint against the store. It's really pathetic and there's no excuse for this terrible lack of customer service. There's a pharmacy at the block me that's more expensive, but I don't care, they will actually pick up the phone and I'm switching all my business to there, I would suggest nobody shops here for any reason.

Getting thru this pharmacy on the phone is horrible. They just pick up the phone to say "I have two ahead of you" and they rudely put you on hold. No greeting nothing! They must hate their job horribly. I am still on hold been on hold for 20 mins and still counting.

Spoke to very rude woman in the pharmacy today. She was adamant there was no such thing as the Noravax COVID vaccine. She said "That isn't a thing." She had a bad attitude as well as being wrong based on CVS' own website.

A prescription was sent in and I was told that they did not have it in stock, but they could special order it and have it in the next day possibly. I called at 9 AM when they opened to see what the ETA was. Magically it had "arrived" before they were even open. I was then told they wouldn't be able to fill it until 2 PM, and then someone at the front told me if you come in they will fill it faster and there is an additional pharmacist coming in at 10 AM. I arrived at 9:45 and the pharmacist was so unbelievably rude, and made a point to say I can wait until at least 10. The person working the register in the pharmacy shocked meanwhile the person standing next to the pharmacist started laughing and just said "damn". Unreal. The pharmacist should be fired for lying about not having a medication available, not to mention the atrocious lack of respect for people.

One of the pharmacists is incredibly rude and condescending. I recently faced her full effect and was reminded that I had meant to leave a review from a previous series of encounters.\\n\\nMy wife suffered from some pregnancy complications that progressively got worse. She was a frequent customer and had multiple encounters with this individual. She chose to BERATE a pregnant woman to tears on multiple occasions. I can’t imagine that we are the only people to have experiences like this but this woman needs an intervention of some kind.

I'm so glad this CVS is here! The staff is actually super nice and the place is stocked well. I didn't read the negative reviews but this is a great CVS so not sure what the downers are all about!

unbelievably RACIST STAFF!!! everytime I go into this store im followed. I'm very obviously Hispanic and I LIVE IN THE PALISADES !!!! And I'm followed constantly and they make it very obvious. theres 3 ladies there who make it obvious they are following me . and I usally only go in there to restock my makeup needs . I dont walk into the store with a handbag or anything. just myself and my wallet . so there's ZERO EXCUSE FOR THE WAY THEY TREAT ME . RACIST STAFF ALL AROUND!!! NO REASON WHY 3 WOMEN SURROUNDED ME WHILE I WAS PICKING OUT SUNSCREEN !!!!!! SO UPSETTING DO BETTER.

This is probably the worst pharmacy you can find in Los Angeles. It's been 20 minutes on hold and No one is answering the phone. Can't en find out if my prescription got transferred or not....super annoying!!!

Nothing against the CVS itself. The people outside are just frightening. Everything is locked up, I wouldn't feel comfortable going alone as a woman. The pharmacy staff is nice though.

Corporate clearly doesn't care about this location judging at how understaffed they are and how horrible the service is. I had two different doctors send prescriptions for me here and neither one was filled. When I called again they said they had one of the prescriptions but had no idea why it hadn't been filled a week after receiving it (never have I experienced this at any other pharmacy). The other prescription they said was never received but my doctor confirmed it was sent. After reading other reviews this seems to be the norm there. It's a joke and I feel all staff here are miserable and they no longer care to even try. Just shut it down already because this place is a tragedy.

This is hands down the worst CVS I ever been. The pharmacy lady giving shots is simply the rudest. She should never be allowed to interact with customers. By the looks of it, they do what the hell they like. There is zero accountability. My children were mortified when she started yelling at me at the top of her voice because I simply said I wish they wouldn't give us the wrong information over the phone. And they were upset with the way she was talking to customers as soon as we arrived at the pharmacy, as she was so standoffish clearly looking for a fight. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. You don't need these people in your life.

The worst CVS I've ever been! And while i could walk there, since is a few blocks from my house, I'll drive to SM just so I don't have to deal with the Pacific Palisades staff. I had problems there many times with the pharmacy ( ex: didn't wanna take me in for a walk-in flu shot, even when their website says to do so!), with the staff while asking for hep, and specially with the picture department (many times I sent pictures through their online system, got a email back and the pictures were not done! One time, they did the same pictures 4x and blame me, for sending multiple orders, which I didn't). And while one of their manager really tries to help, there is another one, that is rude as fuc*.

There's nothing quite like waiting in line for 10 minutes just to be told the prescription-- which you got a confirmation for via text FROM the pharmacy the night before-- just "isn't here." I'd already gone days without it so of course I stood there and cried. So fun. It had gone through fine on my Doc's end and I had the confirmation texts from CVS to prove it was there. I'd already had issues with them for under filling a controlled medication a few months back which resulted in me not having my meds for over a week. They had claimed it wasn't their fault and I had believed them. Now I'm pretty sure they're just incompetent. I explained that it's not as simple as picking up the phone and calling my doctor. I get my prescription through an app service with no number to call. So I just had to send an email and wait and wait and wait. Sufficed to say I will not be going back here ever again.

Absolutely worse CUSTOMER SERVICE. Who hires these people? Waited 30 minutes to talk to a manager about an order I had placed online for a canvas print. The orReceived email and text that order was ready to pick up. I needed for an event tonight which is why I printed it with them. The manager didn't even apologize and just told me that the printer was broken! Wtf? Why didn't you Call, email or text me that before 9pm? Never coming here again!
