CNB were recommended to us in 2017 when we were looking to open a new operation in Los Angeles, Ramon Estrada Manzur and his Team came out to meet as we looked for a prefer banking partner. It was clear after this meeting that they are a hands on, customer service driven operation. The fact that came to meet us, was a clear indication to us that they go the extra mile for their customers. Since then, we have had nothing but outstanding service, they are always contactable and responsive. I would recommend CNB to anyone looking for Banking partner.

Great experience with Ramon Estrada Manzur and CNB. I refer him to clients whenever possible. Our relationship began when I obtained a HELOC for my home a couple of years ago. Ramon was responsive and pleasant; he made the process very easy, and he continues to provide support on all my loan and banking issues. I also enjoy referring him to my clients because I know they will be in good hands. In short, he is extremely knowledgeable, competent, pleasant and responsive.

My understanding is this bank is a relatively new branch. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The manager Mary Wong is excellent. She is extremely attentive, knowledgeable, polite, and great at old-fashioned customer service. Thanks!!
