Very kind and helpful staff. I went in after running errands wearing a hoodie and was treated with A+ service, despite not “looking the part.” I was offered a beverage and they went above and beyond to find a specific pair of sunglasses I had been eyeing. 10/10

I love it here. Katy did an amazing job with all of my holiday gifts. She took my order via text and shipped them to me all wrapped so beautifully. They are always so nice when I go into the store. The palisades Chanel team is the best!!!

My mom and I stopped here on a whim, as she'd been needing to pick up a fragrance available only at the boutiques. We ended up being helped by Johnny, who was awesome. It's usually pretty clear when people have a genuine, natural knack for excellent customer service- this dude does and this location's lucky to have him. He was personable, courteous, and enthusiastic about the brand, sharing the story behind the fragrances he thought might also be good matches. We ended up spending more time (and money) there than expected but it was a good experience largely due to his rad customer service. Chanel Beaute PP, if you're looking for someone who deserves a raise... Anyway, thorough selection of fragrances not available in department stores, as well as those that once were (19, etc.). Full, well laid out cosmetics bar. Just a very good combination of selection and service.

I stopped in today for a lip gloss and experienced the most excellent customer service. I was shown different colors and ended up buying a beautiful lip gloss that I can wear every day. In addition, I received tons of samples. The store is beautiful and the sales staff friendly and welcoming. I will definitely return.
