This company is a scam. I bought a Melt Jogger and it was the wrong size. I promptly returned it and simultaneously ordered a size up. I was just told that what I returned was damaged (it was not damaged when I put the item in the mailer) so they cannot refund me but will offer me a gift card. This is fraud. This is wrong. I will never shop here again and will be sure to spread the word to my friends to stay away.

Navy nautical blazer in bundle is not like the photo. Very boxy and unflattering. Material is thick and huge should pads. Split leg pants pictured don’t match. Very disappointing.

The searched for the store several minutes until I asked neighbor stores where to find it.I was told that Carbon38 closed a week ago 20th. April. 2023.Google maps says it’s still open.It’s very confusing and I wish Carbon38 would update their location.

Have loved Carbon38 forever - and this store is so gorgeous. Their private label clothes are often my favorite for cut, quality and style. The only problem with going in person is it makes me buy more!!

Located in the new village, this store is very tidy and neat with a boutique feel. The staff is very friendly and helpful and assisted me with exactly what I requested! (Called ahead, and it was on hold for pickup.) This newer company and product line has impressed me online, and now experiencing it in person, I can see why it's become so popular! I'm proud of my wife's workout ethic, so finding this brand has been one gesture of support. Pretty much any future workout wear I buy for my wife will be Carbon 38!

This is a very disappointing and sad experience. Six months ago, I shopped online at this store. The product was a bit expensive, but the quality and design were good. I like the choice of this store and decided to buy this year's Christmas gifts at this store. I was shopping before and after Black Friday. Not surprisingly, the shop immediately sent me an email confirming that the order was accepted. However, even after nearly a month, I did not receive a shipping notification email from this shop. When I placed an order online earlier, I received a shipping notification email from this shop a few days later. Until yesterday, I thought it was due to the delay in shipping due to the coronavirus and the congestion on Black Friday. I took it for granted that everyone, not just me, was in trouble. Still, I was wondering why I didn't notify the shipment. After confirming that my credit card was paid on November 27th, I called this shop to find out what was happening. The staff member who answered the phone said, "I heard that the refund has been processed because it is out of stock. Did you receive the email?" I answered. "No, I didn't receive an email confirming the refund process." Does this shop check the inventory of the item before accepting the order and sending a confirmation email to the consumer? And in the worst case, do you need to notify consumers early that in the event of such trouble, they will be refunded due to out of stock? Would you like to apologize only to the staff who answered my phone? It's not her personal responsibility. I know that. That will be a problem for the entire store. I immediately checked the credit card company's statement online. I was able to confirm the refund. I don't think a refund will solve everything. Think about the consumer feelings you've been waiting for. Can you let me know immediately if it is out of stock? If I had talked about it before, I could have bought the same item at another store. If the item I ordered wasn't a Christmas gift, I wasn't too angry or sad. Besides, I'm not good at English, so I usually don't complain. Time doesn't come back, so even if I apologize, it's irreparable. The day after tomorrow will be Christmas Eve. I have to spend a very unpleasant Christmas. Avoid providing this feeling to other consumers.

I ordered $500 online and received the items fast. I requested for return a few days ago and no response. I messaged their instagram and no response. I read the people’s comments and I realised all people have the same experience. I’m so disappointed because they have beautiful items but awful customer service. I would no recommend this brand to anyone.

Horrible customer service and attitude of the customer team. Either rude or either doesn't reply at all. Plus, cancel orders without any warning or email... I don't recommend.

Some items that are sold out online are still in stock at their store. You can call the store and place an order (they'll waive the shipping fee). Angrelina was incredibly helpful over the phone. She's a good sales person too - I wanted to order 1 item and ended up ordering like 5.

I ordered some items online for the amount of $651, they sent the wrong items. I sent them an email on Sept 12 and sent the items back. I have tried calling them, but there is no one that answers the phone. I have sent 2 more emails requesting my refund. NO one has responded to my emails nor have I received my refund.

Carbon38 is one of my absolute favorite brands for fitness gear! It's modern, stylish, and high quality! I miss going to their store in the Palisades during this social distancing but I'm just a few clicks away from my favorite new outfits. I don't think there's been a time I've worn one of their outfits and haven't gotten a compliment. Thank you Carbon38!
