I had only found this bridal shop via a Google search looking for a particular dress -- I couldn't find a sample anywhere else nearby! Desiree started the appointment with a conversation of how many dresses I had tried on thus far and what I was looking for. She pulled the particular dress I came to see as well as a few others with similarities and that were in my price range. Desiree was so professional, well-informed on the various dresses in the shop, and honestly was a delight to work with. “Found Rachel & Rose Bridal on instagram and made my first ever reservation for my bridal dress search. I'm not exaggerating when I say it only took me 30 minutes to say YES to the dress. Mania was the first person to greet me at the door and had taken care of me until the end. She was so so kind, welcoming, helpful and gave the best advice. I felt so comfortable at this bridal shop, making the experience truly memorable.Mania asked me what I was looking for and delivered with the best options. She was there for guidance for any questions, yet gave us space to look at the dresses and talk. My non-negotiable was finding a dress with sleeves. The dress I fell in love with didn't come with sleeves but their tailoring services can make it happen. I also got my veil here and Mania couldn't have picked a more perfect veil to go with my dress. She has an eye for detail. Prices for the dresses and veils are so worth the quality and styles available. They also have hair accessories for purchase.The bridal shop is elegant, clean, and relaxing. Mania mentioned each appointment is set for one bride and their guests so they can really provide the best service for each bride. Not sure if there's a parking lot available, but there's street parking around.Need I say more? Brides, book your appointment. You won't regret it.”

“Marie is a literal LIFE SAVER. I called her on a whim 2 weeks before my wedding (yes, you read that correctly) with what I thought was a simple alteration and she agreed to see me right away. I was 5 months pregnant at the time and had struggled to find a dress for my intimate wedding ceremony in December but when I finally did I realized it needed some serious alterations in order to make it fit the way I wanted. After reviewing everything that needed to be done to really make it shine Marie took ample time to discuss the pricing options and if we thought it was worth it (my ceremony was only for 14 ppl on the beach in Malibu) and I plan on having another larger celebration one once my daughter is born next spring. Regardless...this woman was patient, detail oriented, LOVELY to be around, and freaking nailed every single alteration on my dress. She showed up for me big time while still having a million other brides to cater to that actually follow the proper cadence of when to get things done :). On top of the dress alterations she also made me a gorgeous veil that I could not have imagined finding anywhere else. Ladies, if you need custom work done, do not hesitate to work with Marie. “I can't rave enough about Winnie Couture and their bridal specialists! Back in November I went to 6 stores and tried on over 30 dresses but didn't love any of them. I started calling around to see where had availability to try on dresses and Winnie's did! They treated us like queens! Tessa was so sweet and helpful! The last dress I tried on their was the one, I fell in love!!! Flash forward a few months and my dress came in early and exactly as I expected it to. Tessa texted me to let me know and was super accommodating with scheduling. She responds quickly and truly has the best customer service. I am beyond thrilled with my dress but Tessa and the rest of the ladies at Winnie's in Beverly Hills made my experience so special. “Sanam is the best. She has fixed and fitted over a dozen garments for me at this point, everything from jeans to dresses to trousers. She always makes me feel great in whatever she has altered. She has also fixed items of mine that have been poorly altered by other tailors. She is the only person I trust to tailor my clothing. The last dress I brought to her, she not only hemmed it, she created a sash belt with the discarded fabric. She's a genius. Cannot recommend more.Services: Custom tailoring”
