This may be possibly the worst branch in the city. They rarely have anyone there to help with anything other than depositing a check. I also find them to be rather rude in the way they deal with the public.

Joey Clemons is one of the best employers at this specific bank. He is so sweet, patient, and very helpful. Every time we need help with our finances, he goes beyond the extent of helping. I would strongly recommend him for any bank needs.

This review is written specially for a senior banker at this branch, Joe Clemons. I have had several accounts in multiple banks but I have never encountered someone who is so professional and nice and helpful at the same time. He's helped me with couple of issues which were not easy to solve and he's given me sound financial advice. He is also always in a good mood and truly friendly and there is nothing fake about this. He really does want to provide the best customer service. I've notice that other customers praised him here...and this dude really deserve it. If BoA had bankers like him in all its locations, it'd be the best bank on the he planet. Unfortunately, he is rather the exception than the rule.

In a world of the overall decline in customer service I wish to acknowledge the opposite with Joey Clements. The problem I had come in with, his expertise and compassion was beyond expectations-problem solved he was even kind enough for a tutorial using the app. This is something an AI would never see the need to do . My 18 year old son and I went into at B of A to open a new account for him. Joey Clemons was the advisor and he couldn't have been more helpful. He took a great deal of time with us, helping him choose the right account by thoroughly explaining the account's features, requirements, etc. Joey also helped my son get the most out of the app's security features, explaining each as he went, including what to do if any notifications came up. He gave advice on fiscal responsibility (such as what happens if the account is overdrawn) which was very helpful. If you are opening an account, especially for a young adult, I recommend making an appointment with Joey! His understanding of the needs of new account holders makes the experience an educational and pleasant one!

We first met Mr. Joey Clemons at BofA Brentwood branch. We were very pleased & impressed with his great help, support & knowledge. He was very professional & took the time to patiently answered all our questions & concerns.We were very happy to meet him again at Pacific Palisades BofA branch. He helped us with CD investments & also gave us great advice on fraud & Identity Theft protection of our BofA accounts.With his great amount of knowledge, very clear communication skills, very open & polite personality - we think he would be a skilled, talented & efficient manager. We definitely like going to Pacific Palisades branch for his great service & knowledge. We highly recommended him to all our friends.

Please update your website to accurately reflect your hours. When your website and doors say you’re open until 4:00pm and you go to the bank relying on services, only to have an employee open the door to say you can’t come in without an appointment, it’s really frustrating and ridiculous. This branch has a really difficult time being open when they post otherwise.

Girl with attitude seriously I’m trying to deposit huge amount of money so she open the door and saying sorry we closed we going to lunch when their hours says 9:00am to 5:00pm so there’s no one to help you.! So all bofa employees go to lunch at the same time.!

Bank of America doesn’t deserve our business. Customer service is at the bottom of their concerns as evidenced by NEVER answering the phones at bank branches(including this one), long waits due to understaffing, and closing branches at unscheduled times therefore denying services due to customers. Sorely disappointed since we have been customers for many years. However, I am sure other banks will be happy to have our business.

Absolutely worst location in California. Such a shame too because they are in the Palisades. 9 customers in line waiting in their um-air conditioned lobby... 1 open teller. 3 workers wandering around saying they are busy.

I am trying to find out why these banks are closing doors and can’t afford to pay someone to sit in a chair and look at a computer to do their job without an attitude. They got rid of the temporary debit cards and went digital. Well I got news for you, the digital card is not working. You guys make billions of dollars a year and loan out every one of your customers dollars to someone else to keep YOUR business going but when I need a simple debit card I am asking for too much?Of course I will get a robotic response from some representative telling me sorry but not sorry. Save it for someone else.
