Wait is typically over 30 minutes. There are people in the offices with no customers, but everyone is waiting for 1 teller who keeps going in and out of the back room.

worst service every!!!!!!. Always a long line with one window open and three other employees sitting in their office who cant be bothered. Customer service has gone out the window and seems to be a long forgotten business tactic. I should take my business else where.

Absolutely worst location in California. Such a shame too because they are in the Palisades. 9 customers in line waiting in their um-air conditioned lobby... 1 open teller. 3 workers wandering around saying they are busy.

This bank used to be so wonderful and attentive to its customers. Today...this branch has lost its since of service to the community; it's unwelcoming, uncomfortable, and generally there will be a line to get things accomplished. What a loss this once great branch is to the Palisades. It is so convenient in location for me, which is the ONLY reason I still go there to wait in line. I used to walk in and they knew my name, my kids names... there were many desks to sit and ask questions, set up accounts for your children, etc. to day the desks are for Loan Solutions, any opportunity for them to sell you something! Still the employees and nice and clever, just overwhelmed because BofA is too cheap to hire more tellers, however many employees here to sell you some financial B.S.

WOW-worst banking experience ever. 30 minute wait to make a deposit, with a long line behind me. 2 teller windows open-one had a customer for 15 minutes. I asked an employee, Audrey, who was patrolling the lobby if it was possible to open another window, she did nothing. Customer service is a foreign concept here, very poorly run branch. They actually deserve 0 stars.

I went to the Web site today and it said that the bank was open. So I drove to the bank and waited about ten minutes and could not get a parking space. So, I went home, waited a couple hours and returned to the bank. And, the bank was not opened! I was not the only person who was really annoyed that the bank was not open. Your web site should be checked to make sure it is accurate.

Years ago BofA was a good bank but over the years its changed. Its by far the most ghetto bank there is, from dirty floors to poor customer service to the long lines out the door and rude workers, don't even bother opening an account with them. I transferred 6 accounts over to another bank which Im not naming because I don't want it over crowded like BofA. The Palisades branch is one of the worst of all.

B of A continues to have some of the worst customer service of any of the different banks I've done business with over many years. They regularly have too few tellers, and this branch is no different. Although the tellers are pleasant enough, the managers don't seem to care if there's a long line of customers waiting. Today's manager, Lucy, was completely indifferent to the growing line, never looked up from her "busy work", and seemed like she couldn't care less when I inquired about there being only one teller. If we didn't have a business account that can't be switched, I'd never use B This is an update (on 7/23/20) to my last review from 6 months ago. Being the eternal optimist, I keep hoping B of A will start to care about customer service. I just returned from waiting 30 minutes, with 10 people on line, only 2 tellers, and Lucy, the manager, never once looking up to see the line formed. How about training your managers to come out to the line and say "thanks for waiting", or "sorry for the delay", or SOMETHING that shows there is not complete disinterest in customer service!

As banks go, our branch in the Pacific Palisades has been good. The people are friendly and our online experiences have been good. A lot depends on the person you speak with, some have better people skills than others. Where this bank seems to excel is in its small business cultivation. Most banks could do more educating their customers on their products and how they can help a business to grow and what products are best for the customer. Bank of America tries, you can learn a great deal from their experts, but you have to call and find the right one willing to listen and help. It is sorta like going to the doctor, if you do not reveal some of your challenges they cannot help. The biggest issue for a growing business, with a track record, is how to use credit; whether credit cards, credit lines, short term vs. long term, interest and pay offs. It is business but the learning curve can be dangerous. So call speak to various people at your branch and find the person that will help you on your way to success, that Lady did.

The team is great. I'm there every week and they restored my faith in B of A. It has all the feel that I want out of a neighborhood branch. Special shout out to Daniel, Brandon and Sergio. But everyone is top notch. Ten stars!

I give this branch really no stars my friends father went in to apply for a loan and was racist, rude, disrespectful and down right unprofessional. That man needs to take a lesson in customer service and a manners class. Don't go to this branch. I grew up in the palisades and there's no room for this type of service from a bank. Now Bank of America reaches out to me on Twitter and I get at least 5 different people asking me the same thing and no help. I had one person I was talking to then someone else send me a twitter message. Now I this just shows me how incompetent Bank of America is. Run as fast as you can from this bank. Run run run
