I would give her zero star if it were an option. She was incredibly rude and ignorant. My husband and I went to an open house she hosted. When I approached her with a question, she shouted at me: 'Step back, you're sick!' Despite explaining that it was just allergies, she insisted that I was sick. If you live in the area, you know many people suffer from tree pollen allergies in the spring. It was clear that my Asian ethnicity was the only reason for her behavior.

Trish is very knowledgeable and helpful with the two homes we’ve sold. We were very happy with how everything turned out! Trish answered all of our questions and continues to keep in touch and ask how we are doing! She’s amazing and I will definitely suggest her to anyone buying or selling their home.

Trish helped me through selling my house after living there for 40 years. She made sure I understood each step of the way, and checked in with me to make sure I was comfortable with the process. She also coordinated with my son and daughter in law because she understood it was a family decision. After the sale, she facilitated many of the final processes such as clearing the house after I had left the state. I would highly recommend Trish. She truly cares about her clients.

After meeting Trish Sohle at an open house she was conducting in Pacific Grove, she faithfully sent us the Multiple Listings for about ten years before we were actually ready to purchase a second home. Trish is not only patient but also a very experienced realtor who provided us with helpful knowledge every step of the way. From the search for that perfect home, to making an offer and navigating the loan process, Trish brings a personal touch that we found reassuring. Trish was always available to take our calls and answer our questions and took the time to find out just what we were looking for. In the end she led us to our dream house!We feel so fortunate to have found such an excellent realtor who has now become a valued friend.

Trish came recommended to me by a colleague when I was trying to make a decision about whether to sell or keep my mom’s house as a rental investment. She provided honest, valuable input that helped me make the right decision at the time. Years later, when I was ready to sell my mom’s house, she was there to hold my hand. It was a challenging process involving a difficult tenant moveout, with extensive damage that had to be fixed (along with updates the house needed). With Trish’s expertise and network of contacts, we were able to get the house fixed up, cleaned, staged, and listed within 2 weeks of tenant moveout. Trish was there for me every step of the way, touching base with me, and discussing the best strategy to get the maximum out of our property. And we closed within 3 weeks of listing with an offer we couldn’t have even dreamed of a month before. Trish Sohle represented us in both buying a home and selling a condominium. We found her to be very attentive to our needs and always follow through in completing the detail work in a timely manner. Both transactions were handled professionally and worked out exactly as planned. We highly recommend Trish as a helpful, friendly, and productive real estate agent.The purchase of our home, where we now reside was not a simple transaction. I met Trish at an open house that she was showing. I told her in detail what we were looking for. ( We wanted a home that was all on one floor (no stairs at all) and in the specific area that we desired.). A month or so later she called and brought an interesting deal that she thought might work for us. We bought an older house that was in the right location with a wonderful view. The existing house was to be torn down and replaced with a new home. While a set of plans had been developed, we were able to make the modifications we needed and wanted. We moved forward and had the home built to our specifications. Trish Sohle worked with us through the whole process. Basically Trish was responsible for us having the home that we so deeply wanted. Early on in the process she also sold the condo that had been our home in a timely and efficient manner.We believe that Trish Sohle is an excellent realtor for helping make your dreams come true. She is also very good about follow through and continues keeping contact long after the deal is completed.
