Love this place! I was in town and dropped in for a 90 Bikram class. Everyone was very welcoming and the instructor was great!

I would 10/10 recommend Sweet Heat Yoga! If you are interested in prioritizing your health-this is the place to do so! Bikram yoga is intense to say the least-but the instructors do a great job at making sure you don't injury yourself. Do yourself a favor and attend a class

This is the 1st hot yoga class I've done and 60 minutes was perfect. Everyone is so welcoming and the instructor was very clear in directing the various poses. Will definitely revisit.
Stretching will make you more flexible, but you do not have to be flexible to receive the powerful health benefits of yoga. Begin by standing tall. Then, a deep breathing exercise to connect your mind with your body. If you listen carefully, work honestly and try the right way, you will realign your musculoskeletal system, and develop discipline and patience. Yoga can change the way you think about everyday things: Change your mind, heal your body, and change your life! Yoga can show you the way.
