SO FRIENDLY. My mom bought her Miele Flamingo ii in 2004. She has had this vacuum through moves, breakups, pets, toddler grandkids. So when it stopped turning on she was beside herself. She couldn't bear to part with "Hilda,"- thus a call to PG Vacuum and Appliance was made. Dropped her off (the vacuum not my mother) on Saturday and she will be ready to go home Tomorrow. (Tuesday) the staff could not have been kinder. It's a family business. They were very knowledgeable and gave fantastic recommendations. They also assured us that if Hilda happens to break down again, they will be there. And they can repair her til the end of days. We will be back. And we will be singing their praises from the rooftops. THANK YOU PG VACUUM AND APPLIANCE.

Yet another review because I can't get anyone to help us. This is our second wash/dryer and in a word--it's horrid. Plus, after more than multiple times trying to get a new one or someone to help, we just get ignored, last time I went in, "they don't make them like they used to" was the response I got and no help or call back --nothing. Please do not buy from these people!!!

We bought our second set of washer and dryer not to long ago. We’ve had one problem after the other with dryer, which we gave up asking them for help or a replacement. These are supposed to be the best, but frankly, they are the worst machines ever. I’m sorry I spent the money on these, we thought we were doing the environment energy, but this honestly is the pits!!! Do yourself a favor and buy a cheaper brand!!!

Brilliant to find a place that sells AND services vacuums. To know that they would be servicing any appliance they sell to you makes the decision much easier. Both of the staff members that I met were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Choose this family run shop over a big box store every day of the week!

This is the best place in town to get your appliances. Every appliance I’ve ever own I have come here. Their customer service is amazing! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable from vacuums to home appliances.I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for good quality and service!

I feel taken advantage of by these new owners.
The past owners had integrity. Talked me into bags with hepa filter costing $39.50 plus tax. When I discovered the bags were wrong, his mother told me the cost was ten dollars less. Different issue, I gave instructions with my contact info saying, “Glue ONLY”. I wanted only information.
Rudy did not follow my instructions, cleaned my vacuum cleaner without asking, put a bracket around the bag holder to fix it, and his mother wanted me to trade the sum of hepa bags ($43.) for correct bags, a bracket, and a cleaning that I did not ask for. They had serviced my vacuum cleaner very recently and it did not need cleaning. I feel ripped off, taken advantage of. Never going back !

My upright wouldn't stand up anymore and that wasn't repairable, but they cleaned and serviced my vacuum and it runs great. I paid them even though they said there was no charge! Great service, great people!
