Amber of Over the Moon Realty is the most amazing realtor we could have wished for. My parents passed away and my brother and I live out of state. The house was in need of a lot of cosmetic help and we needed someone who could manage fixing the house up, making decor decisions, helping to organize workers to redo the floors, paint indoors, trim back the unruly garden, and make the house look like a gem rather than a mess. Amber fit the bill to a T. We sold the house at an amazing price because of all of her dedication, good taste, knowledge of the market, and many other wonderful qualities. The thing I really love about Amber is that she is REAL. It’s a bit of an irony how in real estate a lot of people don’t seem very real, but Amber is. She’s a wonderful person with great communication skills who made this difficult process easy for us.

We had a great experience working with our realtor, Monica Browning, at Over the Moon Realty. Monica was always patient, professional and supportive throughout our search for a property that can accommodate a wheelchair. As a remote buyer we relied on Monica to help us navigate the Monterey market. She kept an eye out for properties that would fit our needs, always available when we traveled to see properties. Amber Russell (Over the Moon Realty) was recommended to us because she had close access to trades & suppliers that could turn our “lived in” house full of the debris of our continuous 38 years of occupancy into an attractive property. She did just that. All our friends & family who viewed her listing photos were specifically impressed with her taste & skill. She was also able to obtain favorable prices on many rehab services.Amber is an impressively hard worker & excellent communicator. Amber Russell Kerchner did an outstanding job in the selling of our family home in a very desirable area of Pacific Grove. After our first meeting and a tour of the house, she had many great ideas regarding giving the house a fresh new look in order to attract buyers and get the best listing price. Since we live out of state, we felt very confident leaving the work in her hands and we were not disappointed. With her network of painters, contractors, etc., she achieved quite a beautiful transformation in a matter of weeks and along the way kept us updated on every step of the process.Several offers were received within days of the listing.
