Called to see if they have chains for driving up to the snow. They stated they do not carry anything like that. Strange because their website shows all kinds of chains available. Not helpful in directing to any place else. Very strange interaction.

I called to see if they had a waterproof car cover. They did and it was a good value. It was held without question and almost without giving my name. When we showed up, I was taken with the owner. So unassuming, grateful and helpful. In an era where customer service seems to have gone out the window, he made sure that we were taken care of and getting a product that would work for my mom's car. The location isn't obvious but if you take the time to find him, you won't be sorry or disappointed. Support your local business

Great selection of auto parts and very friendly staff. I went in not knowing exactly what I needed (it was a strange part I wasn't familiar with) and the owner helped me figure out what I needed to fix the part. Definitely worth the trip!

Great customer service and prices. This place has beat everyone's prices. They are the best Auto parts store on the peninsula. Brakes, and interstate batteries ordering my shocks and struts as well. Everything you'll need is here.

Great customer service! Our battery died when we were in town for the week. The owner kindly search for the specific battery and even had it brought over from his warehouse. Affordable prices too! He even let us use some tools to install the battery. We highly recommend this business.

I was looking for a turn signal bulb -5$ for two and the owner went above and beyond to loan me tools to get the bulb out and make sure it was the right one. He was a real treat to work with!

Pacific Grove is well known as a friendly town and, amazingly, many of the small businesses have the same hometown customer service. Monterey Auto Parts is one of these businesses. The owner is helpful, kind and honest. He was able to help me with deciding which auto part I needed and even carried it to my car. This is the level of customer service that is rarely seen these days. I'm glad to know that I have a reliable place to go for my car needs.

Conveniently located in downtown Pacific Grove with very good selection of all kinds of Auto Parts they can order auto parts that you need, located inside Pacific Grove Plaza by international cuisine restaurant, I ordered specific parts for my car and it came the same day. Super happy to have such a place in Pacific Grove because we have no other one.
