Finally a hotel worthy of the name! The staff is smiling.
This is only the 2nd in 10 days where I've slept well!
The windows are soundproofed as are the walls. Aside from the trash at 8am, I didn't hear much.
The SPA is super pleasant and warm especially with a cold wind.
The breakfast is complete, the orange juice is good, that makes a change!
The wifi works very well.
On the other hand there were only 2 towels for 4 people...
We still made the most of it.
Rooms: The rooms are more than large enough for several nights even though we only stayed one.
There was a fireplace with a $5 log if needed.
2 extra towels would have been handy

Quiet location, pool and hot tub area clean. Facility is dated, doors don't latch easily, dirty in some areas, loud heater. But price is okay.

Room smelled like a campfire most likely from previous guest not opening the flue in the fireplace. Friendly staff, decent breakfast selection. Great price for Pacific Grove! Parking lot is a little awkward.
Rooms: Large room. Nice balcony but no chairs on it!

Fantastic stay during the last week of December. Close to 17 Mile Drive entrance , the Butterfly Sanctuary and the beaches are so close too. I used both the Hot Tub and the heated Pool , actually right as it started a light rain shower. I loved them both. We would return here in a heartbeat. Love the place. ❤️
