They were called out to repair a relatively common Maytag oven that they had repaired several months earlier. They said the parts needed to be ordered, and when they returned to install said parts, they were "uncomfortable" installing them for not being exact replacements. So they billed me for the service call, rather than remedy their parts supplier not being able to supply the right parts. Insult to injury.

Prompt, on time arrival. The work done fixed the problem. Repair pers towas polite and seemed to know what he was doing. I would have preferred to pay less than $300 for the work, but that may be the going rate. My refrigerator works fine now.reccomended this company recommendedd

We called Mike's Appliance Service to repair our Washer & Dryer. The technician did a good job with the repair and before he left, WE PAID HIM. Several months later, the woman who works there began calling us to say, "We did not charge you enough and you need to pay more!" We checked our records and we paid exactly what was quoted to us, and the repairman left with payment in full. We have our credit card statement to prove it. Every month this woman harasses us for more money. She threatens to send it to collections. She is nothing but a Racketeer and Extortionist. Take my advice, call ANYONE else, except Mike's Appliance.

Great service. The repairman was very professional, found the problem with our microwave and fixed the issue quickly. I would use this company in the future as needed. The company came within the appointment time frame scheduled and were reasonably priced.

Worst customer service ever! The lady (Karen) is most condescending I have ever encountered. Do a favor to yourself and stay away from this so called service provider. I wonder why such a reputable company like Bosch still runs repairs under their warranty with this kind of horrible service provider.

I am posting one star because Yelp won't let me post with zero. Mario from Mike's Appliance had been to my house three times on a service call - charged me each time - and the same error message persisted. I called the front desk and asked the woman to send someone else after the second visit and she said she would - nope, third time, again Mario. I also told her that she should honor the work as the error message persisted and she said no. I decided to purchase a new machine as the charges for service piled up and I could have bought a new machine by then anyway. I waited 10 months - all during Covid shutdown - waiting for a new machine. When it finally came, I ran the dishwasher and again the exact same error message. When Bosch sent out their service provider, unfortunately Mario from Mike's Appliance appeared. I asked him to check the line to the garbage disposal and/or the backflow line and he refused as it wasn't part of the "machine service contract", I reminded him that he had been to my home three times before for the same error message on a different machine and could he please check the lines while he was here - he refused. After he left and one load of dishes later, the same error message. I called Bosch again, asking for service and requesting anyone other than Mike's Appliance. They sent A&B Appliance Repair. Not only did he/Blair allow me to watch every step he took, he listened to my extended story and based on what I said he opened the backflow line, shone a light inside the tube and found the culprit - a button. It took him 5 minutes of active listening, and he solved a problem that had haunted me for three years. 5 minutes, that was it, that is all it took. Mike's Appliance or Mario wouldn't give me an ounce of common courtesy but they certainly took my money. I didn't need a new dishwasher, I didn't need to wait 10 months during Covid and being in shutdown without a dishwasher for 10 months, what I needed was a competent, intelligent, problem solving plumber/appliance repair person - for me, that was A&B Repair.

My washing machine was one month past warranty -only 2 years old. Their answer to me in being unable or unwilling to fix it was "It is what it is." They charged me $135 to say "it is what it is"." What? I'm retired. When I worked, this phrase and attitude was unacceptable. If I could give them a minus rating zero star I would. I had to buy a new machine. AND I was out their $135. Do NOT use them.

Great appliance repair service! They are fast efficient and honest with whatever appliance you have an issue with! I always called them first for fast service and honest service! We owned three rentals and there always there to help us out!
