I used to love to shop at Lucky's yes they may have been one of the lowest priced supermarkets long long time ago but that is no longer true. Just like every other Supermarket, they too have doubled and tripled their prices on everything! It's outrageous!!! It's a good thing though for those of us that are overweight, we'll go on a forced diet and lose some weight as we cannot afford a lot of this food stuff out there particularly the junk food!!!
About 3 years ago, You could pick up a 12-pack of Pepsi for about 4 to 5 dollars depending on which state you're from but now they're charging like $10.99 in California plus CRV??? What about eggs that were between $1 to $2.99 depending on the states you're from but now you can pick the same egg up for $9.99?!!! Are the chickens laying golden eggs are they being sold by the ounce?!
People, please... If you must not desperately have something, then Don't Buy It!!! Don't contribute to the high priced items anywhere, at any Grocery Outlet or any retailer that is trying to rob you! We all have to pull together to bring the prices down everywhere and if you don't contribute to the outrageously high priced items, they're going to get stuck with them and forced to lower the prices and discount them to get rid of them and maybe next time they will price them more reasonably! Come down to earth Retailers and lower the prices at least stop dragging them up just cuz the next door Supermarket did!
It's like monkey see monkey do and jack up your prices to keep up with the other ones!

Good store. The last two times I went, I used self check out. Both times, I encountered Merissa. She was rude and demeaning. She and a male coworker were talking badly about other employees in front of the customer as he checked ppl out and as she stood at the next register. Though smalle4 and busier, I'll continue going to andronicos and to the grove market

My first visit becomes the last visit.
Service sucks. The self check out device can’t scan the QR code nor locate my cell number, staff are unfriendly and unhelpful (asked me to talk to the corporate while I let them know issues), the manager is on Lunch Break at 7ish pm which was told by the staff.

Went to pick my son up at lucky and grab a couple things.When I get in the store to meet him, I see him putting his backpack in the front of the store because the employees told him he had to. We walk around the store and I see a white teenager with a backpack on. Why was my not white son told he had to leave his up front? As we are checking out, I ask why this other kid was allowed to have his and the cashier's demeanor completely changed with me. He became short and snappy, informing me they make all teens leave their backpacks up front.I point to the white kid and the man said he would have told him had he seen him.... Even though he just rung this kid up?

They advertise products at a discount with a digital coupon and then it's impossible to find the product in the app. Even the person stocking the product couldn't find the coupon and bar code on the product said product not found. The store manager on duty spent several minutes explaining how to use the app which I already have and use but couldn't take time to just find it on my app. He did ultimately give me the price. That's why I rarely shop at Lucky's these days.
