Rude customer service and dishonest pricing strategy. I purchased a lamp from one of the owner's "personal collections" and when I discovered the exact same lamp, not a reproduction, made by Design Toscano and available from Overstock and even Amazon for a fifth of the price, I contacted the store to see what could be done, if anything, but at least to explain what I had found.

Wow, this store is impressive. They have a beautiful collection with some of the most unique antiques I have ever seen. The owners were super friendly and full of information about their selection. If you are looking for true treasures this is the place to be!

quality antiques specializing in large unique and intricate pieces. There is however a little bit of everything. The glass pieces and art work are wonderful as well. Definitely check it out if you are in the area.

I visited Fay Willy's some months ago and saw a few items I really loved. They do have some beautiful furniture as well as other antiques. I wanted to go back on a Sunday so I phoned ahead to be sure they were open on Sunday. The woman who answered the phone replied that they were open on Sunday but never said anything about closing for lunch. However, when I showed up that day, the owners were walking out the door to go to lunch. They asked if I was interested in something in particular and when I answered "no", they just left for lunch. I found that so curious - considering the high prices of their offerings I would think they'd be a bit more courteous to customers. They told me to come back later. I did not. It takes time to earn my money - it shouldn't be hard to spend my money. Just a suggestion for this establishment: 1) if people call, tell them you close for lunch and 2) maybe have one person stay behind so you don't lose a sale. As a customer I felt completely unappreciated. Hmmm...you might have sold that grand piano in the window that day.

They specialize in high end furniture. Staff acknowledged my wife and as soon as we walked in and promptly told us "don't touch anything, if you want to see something get us". Unless you're planning on dropping over $1,500 on furniture not the place to go. If you're looking for furniture to fill a very large house then check this place out.

This place has beautiful antique furniture. I have a house full of antiques and go in antique stores any chance I get. I saw items here I've never seen before. However, the amount of "Do Not Touch" signs is obnoxious and then to be greeted and told that we should "look with our eyes not with our hands" as a 42 year old grown woman is absolutely insulting. I pretty much figured that out after seeing a piece of paper on every item I saw, didn't need the rude reminder. Two stars for the antiques though. There is gorgeous stuff in there.

If you love antique shopping then Fat Willy's Antiques is a must. His selection is impressive with lots of beautiful pieces from all decades. Fat Willy will greet you as you walk in the door and answer any question you might have. Lots of beautiful wood statement pieces. My favorite piece was a stunning Biedermeier desk with hidden drawers.

Such nice folks - would love to buy something from them! Their prices are quite high, but we got the impression they would work with you. Their items are of excellent quality, but their prices are set for PG retail. But, if anything, their shop is somewhere great to walk around and admire!

Walked in mith my wife and 3 year old daughter. Was immediately told that I needed to hold my daughter's hand. So we walked out. This was not the first antique store that we have been to. My daughter was walking right next to me with her arms crossed. She is very well behaved and very calm. We were all disappointed about not getting to look around this store but it looked like it was full of a bunch of "fake antiques" new stuff made to look old. We won't be back. Ever
