This place broke a zipper on one of my jackets, then kept my jacket for several weeks while waiting for the new zipper to arrive. They did replace it but I was dismayed. Then, a while later, they LOST a comforter. She said they *may* have sent it off to one of the hotels. ??? I don't think I ever received a "sorry." She did cut me a check for the price of the comforter. But was very blasé about both instances. Yeah I'm done here.

This is absolutely the worst dry cleaners! They are not a quality dry cleaners with attention to detail! Rude and condescending customer interaction. I would give it 0 stars if there was such a rating. Please beware!!

I started going to Cypress Cleaners because I couldn't stand the smell my clothes had from other cleaners. I'm very pleased with how my clothes turn out! Prices are competitive and turn around time is great. I even took an item in and they were able to have it ready by end of day! I won't be taking my dry cleaning anywhere else!
