I brought my cat in for a check up. All the people in the office are friendly. It is easy to communicate with them through email. The charges are reasonable.

Excellent, helpful, gentle, caring, supportive, and kind staff! When your pup loves the staff, you know you are in the right place. Dr. Kim Wilkins is kind, warm, caring, thorough, flexible, attentive, solution-oriented, and informative. She listens, considers all perspectives, and collaborates with us, which I really appreciate. And she follows up with us! You never feel rushed or brushed off. I have never been to a vet practice where I have received such great concern, customer care, and support. I'm so glad that I switched to Dr. Kim and Cottage Vet Care. Thank you!

Absolutely love the entire team that works at Cottage Veterinary Care. As a professional dog trainer with a pack of four dogs, I feel my dogs get the best medical treatment possible in this area. I speak as someone who took their four dogs to each vet in the area before finding Cottage Veterinary Care and deciding that this was the best place for my dogs. They have been helpful when issues have Arisen with my dog Wilfred, helping give me a dental payment plan so that I can remove his impacted tooth. Though I haven't asked for training advice myself, I have overheard conversations about their training advice and have found that it is r positive and that they do not recommend adverse techniques which is awesome. Your pets are safe at the cottage Veterinary Care, and I think that the staff is not only amazing and kind but extremely knowledgeable.

While they didn't have the ProHeart injection I was looking for they did take the time to help me find someone that did. You just don't find places that will take the time to refer you to someone else now days. Definitely the vet to have if you're not looking for a particular medicine.

I called during regular weekday business hours with a new puppy appt request. No answer, left a voicemail with request for a return phone call. Never received a return call. Bad PR, moved on to a different vet that answers phone during posted business hours.
