Really great storage place. Always clean, always well-lit, never spooky or creepy in any way (some storage places feel just...creepy, but not here). The staff is always pleasant, helpful and friendly.

My unit was broken into thousands of dollars worth of stuff was ripped off . conveniently there was no video even though they have cameras facing towards my unit that I had there at the time . I am looking for a storage unit right now . I will not recommend this place and I will never go there again.

Was great until pandemic hit, when we called about our storages bc we werent able to pay them due to no work in April, the manager assured us not to worry about them as they would be not be auctioning them for at least 5 months due to the Co-Vid pandemic. WRONG, THEY AUCTIONED ALL 3 OF MY STORAGES IN JULY AND HAD NO ANSWER FOR WHY WE HAD BEEN TOLD 5 MONTHS!! I LOST EVERYTHING!! GOT NO IMPORTANT PAPERWORK; IE. BIRTH CERTS., COLLEGE DIPLOMA, CAR TITLES, KIDS OR MY MEDICAL RECORDS FROM ANY OF THEM EITHER, AFTER IT WAS SOLD!!!

I am very disappointed. I have rented a unit since 2015. I have auto pay. My bank sent a new card with new security features. The old card expired do to the replacement card. When my auto payment was declined I did not receive a call. After the decline my access was stopped without notice. Please remember less than two weeks after the decline I still was not contacted. The only way I knew something was wrong was that I could not access the entrance. It was a Sunday so I called the phone number on the door. I left a message. No return call as promised on the message. I waited until Tuesday and called again. I asked what was wrong and they told me about the card. I provided the new card and brought my account current. Even after I paid I was told very rudely that the fault was mine for letting the card expire rather than having them use the courtesy of calling me to let me know there was a problem a week and a half after I paid they sent me preliminary lien notice by certified mail all they had to do was call. It is very strange that they make all this collection effort when they only needed to give me a heads up. Don't rent from this facility. They don't know what customer service is. I will go elsewhere. You should go elsewhere. After almost six years it's time to go. This facility does not appreciate your business I'd say don't give them the business go elsewhere there are plenty of other storage spaces that will appreciate your business. Read some of the other reviews. This place is going downhill don't go down with it. Notice most of the good reviews were several years old.
