The quality of customer service, understanding, and genuine care for our project That Jennifer and Tom from Sequoia signs provided us with here at Construction West Services, Inc. should not go unnoticed. In a pinch Sequoia Signs had all of our orders customized and complete in a timely manner. When I received our order I realized that I had made an error. When I called, Tom was honest about the time it would take and informed me that he would work with me to correct my error and in turn make our project great. At the end of the day, it is team work that makes the dream work. It is clear that Sequoia Signs understands this.

I'm extremely satisfied and happy with the entire team at Sequoia Signs & Graphics! I first contacted and reached out to Megan and explained to her my fiancé's business HealthBay Medspa & Wellness which at the time was going through construction in the heart of Downtown Walnut Creek. We wanted a sign that was going to stand out, be classy, professional and one of a kind so that it would match our business! The communication on the build out, time frame, install, updates was 5 star!!! Everyone at Sequoia Signs & Graphics was so helpful and reassuring making sure all of our needs and wants were being met! We get so many compliments on our beautiful sign both during the day and at night time since we have the LED backlit lights on each of our letters. Thank you so much again to everyone at Sequoia Signs & Graphics as we will be using you again for our future locations and other needs when it comes to our business!

Sequoia Signs did the installation of my channel letter sign at a laundromat I own in Woodland. They did an outstanding job.Their design team was great and they helped us navigate the permit process with the city. They showed up to install on time and their work exceeded my expectations. Not only did they do a nice job with placing the sign, they painted the area where the old sign was installed, which was faded, to make everything look perfect.I highly recommend Sequoia Signs for all your sign needs in the East Bay and beyond.

As the Executive Director of a Chamber of Commerce, one of the most often referrals I give to our members and the community is a recommendation for really good sign company. Tom and Megan Schnurr are two of the nicest people on earth. Their attention to detail and professional approach to business is unmatched. They cover all aspects of sign making, banners, wayfinding and special cover special regulated design such as ADA compliance. They have helped numerous businesses in the Lamorinda area with monument and building signs, vehicle wraps and items used at trade shows and gatherings. They have also been extremely generous in working with non-profits. Sequoia prints dozens of signs for the chamber each year for our many outdoor events, concerts and of course our annual Art & Wine Festival. Happy to recommend Sequoia anytime.
