I would fire them if I could. They're my only option so I'm stuck with them. They often miss pickups. Zero communication of when Xmas tree pickup or bulk pickup days are. All cardboard has to be inside your blue bin unlike other services in the area who will take all collapsed boxes next to your blue bin.

Failed to pickup recycling on just one side of the street. Nothing proactive from Rebublic. I called customer service and waited more than 35 minutes before I had to hang up.
