Appreciate the owner going to bat for us when only a part of our large order arrived at the warehouse as expected. He arranged for one of his drivers to make a special pickup and delivery to help us meet our schedule. It was on a day they normally don't do pickups from that location. It is that dedication and care for customers that allow me to recommend Modello Tile and Stone.

We love this place! Go see Nash or Maria for help. They are professional and very helpful. They have a lot of beautiful high-end materials for your kitchen or bath. We've picked out many samples to try out at home before trying to determine what we would select. We're still in the process of looking, but we definitely love coming here. Thanks Modello

Hi Yelp! I hope this review is helpful for homeowners and contractors looking for a reputable source for your tile needs! I'm a structural foundation contractor and have projects across the Bay Area. I'm currently remodeling my master bathroom at my house in Discovery Bay and I cant recommend Modello Tile enough! Alysia has been amazing helping find the perfect tile for my master shower and I've worked with Alysia on multiple projects. She always recommends the best products and materials for my needs. Modello has a great selection and a wide variety of brands. Alysia is very responsive and knowledgeable on every brand that Modello offers I and definitely recommend working with her to anyone that is looking to remodel there business or home! Wandered in here last year on the advice out of contractor lookin for some materials for our reno and randomly met Alysia who has been the best resource I've worked with thru my entire year long project she found me the perfect flooring tile, countertops for my kitchen, and just when she prob thought she was done with me, I came back inquiring for master bath materials. Without even discussing details, I came in to browse, and wouldn't u know she's had a sample of shower floor tile picked that was exactly what I envisioned. We'll be back shortly for vanity top materials and hopefully that'll be a wrap on #ProjectIslandSnowball couldn't have done it without her! She's the best!

We had a great experience at Modello Tile & Stone. Everyone was helpful and nice. Huge thanks to Nash for doing an awesome job taking care of our tile needs. He's cool, knowledgeable and patient. We had some issues with broken tiles and he got us full replacement without any problems. We love their material selections and excellent service! Definitely recommend!

We used Modello Tile & Stone for both total bathroom remodel projects in 2021 and 2023. Lucy was an absolute delight to work with. She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant. Her suggestions were spot on and she was always responsive to texts and calls. The selection of tile and countertops at Modello is unmatched. The wall tile, floor tile, and countertops we purchased were beautiful. I will definitely skip the low-quality tile, the non-existent help, and nightmare lines at Granite Expo, Home Depot and Floor & Decor, and go straight to Modello for all future remodels.

When we needed to replace our counter tops and backsplash I went to Modello Tile and Stone. Alysia came up to me and immediately asked how she could help. I showed her pictures of our kitchen and told her what I was generally looking for and she was able to find a perfect stone for our kitchen counters. Alysia was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She was also able to show me several different options for a backsplash that complimented the stone and my cabinets. Alysia was always available when I called, texted or came into the store with questions or concerns. Alysia also was able to help us find someone to install both the stone and backsplash. She recommended John Ambrosini of Beckwith Builders and he and his team did a beautiful job with the install. We are so happy with our new kitchen counters and backsplash! Thanks you Alysia for helping me choose the perfect stone and backsplash and all the other little details that needed to be taken care of. Thanks to John Ambrosini for always being there to answer my text or call and following through in a timely manner.
