Called them and was directed to send a couple pictures and they immediately sent me back a bid. We were able to get the work done within the time needed and they did an excellent job. Highly recommend them. This is a very specialized task and should not be trusted to just anyone.

Wanted to only replace an old shower floor pan that could not be cleaned. Told I had to replace the entire shower enclosure at a cost of $15,000. Rest of the shower enclosure was fine. Enter Miracle Method to do the job and save me a lot of money. Miracle Method did a wonderful job -- my shower pan looks new for a fraction of the price of a new shower! Took a minute to get the quote and scheduled, but once we got that out of the way everything was great. They are a bit expensive, but they were on time, efficient, professional, and did quality work. Would I use them again? Absolutely. Buy once, cry once. And it looks great!

My mom used Miracle Method 30 years Ago. The shower pan still looks great, but needed a touch up around the drain because I used an abrasive cleaner. Miracle Method matched the touch up perfectly! The longevity of a product plus the same company in business for 30 years speaks volumes for great workmanship!!!

From the first phone call, the folks at Miracle Method were super helpful. In my initial conversation with Dave, I was asked to send photos, then we set an appointment to have him come and look at the job and bid. The price was very competitive versus another highly rated contractor I spoke to (who bid based on the photos only, no offer to come and actually see the job, which I found odd). When I scheduled, they were able to accommodate my desired timeline and it was done quickly. The tech, James, was very friendly on top of working hard to do a great job. Be warned - I'm sensitive to odors/chemicals etc. and the smell was very strong for me - had to leave open lots of doors and windows and it's been quite cold, so prepare for that. Took about 48 hours to become tolerable for me. But the results are lovely - I had two different tile patterns in my guest bath and wanted to do a "light remodel" - and coating the wall tiles in clean white has made a dramatic impact on the attractiveness of the space. Would definitely recommend talking to these folks if you want to transform the look of ceramic fixtures without a full re-do!

James refinished our kitchen counters and we couldn't be happier with the result. We chose a light-colored stone-look finish (Birch Bark), and it adds an updated look to the kitchen.Communication from the office staff during the estimate & scheduling process was timely and informative, and James kept us thoroughly in the loop as he handled each step of the project.Highly recommended.

Our contractor recommended MM as the best choice to refinish our tub from a fleshy-pink tone to white. Our bathtub was a difficult one but they came back out and did it right. Their customer service really deserves the five-star reputation. The attention to small details really impressed me. I also liked how well they clean up after their work. Exemplary.

We are the proud owners of a circa 1975 tri level. home. We had remodeled everything in those bathrooms, except the master shower and the hall bathtub. We really didn't want to remove either the shower or tub....I was thrilled to see we had this business nearbyThey gave me a rough quote over the phone and I sent pictures of each room. A year passed while we completed a full floor remodel including a kitchenWhen I called the price was still the same and we scheduled the tub work for the following week. William our technician was an excellent representation of the company. He is very neat and quiet and his work is top notch. He arrived on time, and included us in decisions. The price was extremely reasonable and William took great care in keeping the odors from settling in our home. (I truly dislike the smell of silicone sealant)I wish I had more bathrooms for William to work his magicI recommend this business 1000%

Dave was careful to make sure he could do a good job on a rusted metal shower pan before quoting. The shower walls were also in poor shape. He also bid on repairing a cracked sink and tile floor in the bathroom. Technician Paul was meticulous throughout the repair process. Highly recommended!

Technician Paul did an incredible job repairing our cracked, leaking fiberglass (plastic?) tub. No more leaks and the color was matched so well I truly can hardly see the repair. The technician was friendly and left the bathroom clean. The repair was WAY cheaper than replacing the tub. I highly recommend this company in Concord.
