A very honest family owned business. They charge a fair price and provides excellent service. Most importantly, they don’t selling me things I don’t need. I asked about changing air filter, the owner said they checked the condition and confirmed I don’t need to replace it yet. Unlike other auto places that ask me to replace parts just to change for a higher price. I will definitely go back to this hidden gem for any auto repair/ maintenance moving forward.

Hi ~ I haven't been in yet, for service, but wanted to say in advance that I've only heard such wonderful reviews, compliments, gratitude, & support for Martin & the shop.I feel like I already know the guys, & am so comfortable about going there. It can be difficult (even a bit scary, as an old woman...) to trust my car to be in good hands, especially when hearing stories about other companies/shops that don't have the great reputation of J & M in Pacheco.So, I'm hoping they can figure out my lack of heat (brrrr...) & help warm me up soon... :-)I'll review again, after we're done; I'm actually looking forward to meeting Martin & the team.Peace & Joy, in & through all ~ Cindy :-)

Marteen did a good job on my Toyota Camry 96'much better than other car shops he does not charge you a arm and a leg.his prices are reasonable.

Called to get an oil change done for my sons car this morning. Went in an hour later, they didn't have the oil needed for his VW Jetta, but they ran out to buy it, came back and finished in just over an hour. Thank you for such great service!

My battery kept dyeing marteen and his partner found the problem the alternator was not on tight enough .he just charged me 40.00.that was very ? nice.i recommend going to them they will not charge you a lot of money the best car shop in contra Costa county??Service: Electrical

I am really happy to have found J&M. I have an older car and I'm pretty indifference to vehicles in general, but I really can't afford a new one! The guys here keep it real. They charge for the actual work they do, not for two hours to do something crazy simple. They'll work with you and be flexible. It's like having a buddy who is a mechanic. Highly recommend!

Good place to go for your automotive needs. Place looks a little ruff, but don't let the looks fool you. Fair pricing, and friendly and knowledgeable staff. Ask for Martine. He will take good care of you ... ????
