“I have been to this store many times and have always been able to find help. This evening I thought I should finally leave a review because of the customer service. I came in, in a bit of a panic because I was failing as a first time plumber. I had attempted to replace a fill valve but the flex connector broke and I thought I might not ever flush the toilet again! I turned off the water and grabbed what parts I could and brought them down. Sierra was already helping someone when I was in the plumbing aisle and I knew they were only open for a little bit longer but she didn't hesitate at all when I asked for help after she was done with the other customer. She knew what she was talking about and helped show me what I would need to complete the project. Very knowledgeable, very helpful, and I left feeling satisfied and ready to get this toilet flushing again. Everything is back to working order and I just wanted to thank Sierra for her patience with me and answering all my questions”

“Great service and a wide selection of stuff. This place has been around for a long time, and they really do specialize in providing great service. They are often crowded, and they have only limited parking; so you may need to be patient. I have done multiple internet orders where I paid ahead of time, and then just picked up my stuff. Once I required a refund, and they did it unusually quickly -- it showed up at my bank within a couple of hours.”

Or to look up the item ahead of time and write down the isle and the bay the item is otherwise you'll spend the time ready each isles contents if you don't come here a lot. “I had these guys construct me a monstrosity of a cover for a large 130 year old antique cabinet. Jesse was the one who helped me, awesome customer service and he knew his stuff! He called me to give me an eta, then they called me on that day to tell me it was done! I picked up the piece today and the lady who took my payment was funny and friendly! The piece it fit perfectly over my cabinet! They did a great job on the dimensions. There was a little hiccup with some scratches, but the boss took care of me, very kindly and professionally. These guys really went the extra mile to make my custom piece. So it's all good in the hood and IThanks, Tap Plastics!”

“I love J&M. They have every fastener you could ever need, and they are incredibly helpful. They were a key partner during our build out of a tiny house on wheels -- something I had never done before. There were dozens of times when we had no clue what bolt or screw was needed for the stage we were at. But Justin and the crew always helped me find just the right thing -- even when I didn't know what it was called! They have a great inventory, and I love that they also carry premium drill bits and Diablo saw blades. If you need any sort of fastener, I'd go here before ever heading to a general hardware store. Below are some pictures of the tiny house on wheels that we built with 30 female high school students. J&M's fasteners were used in EVERY piece of the construction, and we're so thankful to have them as a partner.”

Not only did they go out of their way to find them, but they made sure we got the sale prices, got us a cart, and loaded my truck. Very helpful to us two old ladies! “My favorite Ace Hardware along with the Petaluma and Brentwood ones. It has a huge garden section! I found flowers I've been looking for and ones I couldn't resist.The Home Decor section inside is decorated beautifully and so many Kitchen gadgets too. Couldn't tell you anything about the tools and hardware, but will be checking out their garden now weekly.”

“This is the go to place for repair of landscaping and garden equipment. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. I have had my lawnmower repaired here. The staff gave me tips on how to maintain my lawnmower better so that it lasts much longer. I also went back and one of the staff showed me how to load and rethread my weed whacker's string. This was very helpful. I am very happy with my repair experiences there. They also have high quality equipment for sale.”

“I have alot of tools and harbor freight has great prices. I always end up buying to much cause of the great prices. The only negative things I have to say is one time an employee was very rude to me and in my opinion they need more staff on the floor to help find things ect. Other then that have always have had good experience in the store. I have had alot of people talk trash on there tools but my response is their hand tools have a lifetime warranty and they are a quarter the price of brand name tools (so I could by 4-5 from harbor freight for one brand name one) and have only had acouple tools break and I use them alot but get a free replacement can't beat that. Also I have shopped at many of their locations and have always had a good experience. Highly recommend shopping at Harbor Frieght!!”
