The one on Sutter Street was outstanding great service. The one in Pacho was a joke. They don't do services. They are terrible

The driver returned after I called the Fed Ex customer service help center and I got my needed package just in time. She came by to deliver the package when I was out and left a note. She was also courteous enough to knock on the door and not just leave the package. Excellent customer service care.
