Is the safest and most secure story space in the East Bay however, their hours are very tight only open until 7 PM which means that you probably can only access your unit on the weekends. This this is a big disappointment.

One employee was great then the other was a nightmare. She made my life a living hell for over 2 weeks. Over something petty she just wanted to abuse her power and be a bully.

This is a great place for storage for your business or personal things. Friendly staff and easy to enter and exit with a code access gate.

good service. clean. hours 7a to 7p which I believe makes it more secure and safer. good price. I believe it was free first month. $81 per mo for 5x15 with very high ceiling so a lot could be fit in. was able to rent a 2nd smaller until for a while just from the website and with a phone call to confirm on the weekend.

Read other reviews that the office hours are inconsistent so decided to book an appointment to come in to see a unit.Showed up and the office was closed, must be nice to make your own schedule, anyway we called the number and was told they are closed Mondays.The business needs to update the hours or state by appointment only (not sure it will work either way since they missed the appointment).

Central storage goes above and beyond. Lisa Case is an amazing employee. She goes above and beyond. She is one of the biggest reasons we keep using Central Storage. She looks to find a solution to make things work instead of finding a reason why it wont work.

Rent at your own risk, this location has rats and a not so nice property manager, but Lisa Case is not worth my energy or time to express the hostile environment she creates at this location. The only thing I'll say is she is very militant, boorish and a hot head. After 6 years of renting, Lisa was the worst property manager, I was forced to interact with. Walking on egg shells around her is of extreme importance, unless being yelled at, put down, lied to and kicked out on a moments notice & not being allowed to talk on the phone scrambling for a new storage facility (b/c its considered loitering) is perfectly fine. Pictures of the rats droppings and what the rats did to my bed skirt & sheets, are attached (thank goodness it was only sheets). And of course, the facility will take no responsibility for the damage to my property & lack of professional, mature and proper customer service, I never received (& they don't prorate). I wouldn't advise giving any money to this facility.
