I had a great experience with G&C Auto Body this past week. I had the great pleasure of working with William Thompson. Will was extremely helpful, kept me in the loop with regular communications, was always available for questions, and was very honest. He made it simple for me to get my repair handled. When you're stressed about a car issue what you really want is someone like Will - kind, thoughtful, thorough, patient, and there when you need him. G&C also seamlessly took care of everything with my insurance company after my initial claim was submitted. I didn't have to do anything after my initial claim. My insurance company was the one who recommended G&C Auto Body and I am glad they did. I had not heard of them before, and now I know they are a wonderful family-run business and would not hesitate to use them again. Thanks again to Will for all his help!

Rachael Murray was incredibly transparent and communicative throughout the process. Shoutout to Kristen at the front desk for being so hospitable and to the team there I did not have the pleasure of meeting. I got into a wreck and my car looks like it never even happened. Thank you

G&C Auto Body is great! My car was hit by a big rig on a rainy, dark morning...and I was still shaking that afternoon when the car was brought in. Casey did the assessment quickly and professionally... and at the same time gave me assurances and next steps and a whole lot of comfort, making sure I left knowing what to expect with a timeline and contact information. That week I received calls and texts with updates as promised. Again...they are the best!

Everyone was so helpful and kind in my time Of need. My car was vandalized They not only fixed my car but Anthony took care of me as a human and customer and my car looks awesome now I thank your whole staff esp Anthony for helping thru an emotional time. I truly appreciate everyone's hard work on my car and I appreciate the compassion. My door looks brand new and they did a great color match and finished my car before it was supposed to be done. I would come here again for any future issues and am blessed to have had them help me with my car.

I brought my car to get the body fix, from beginning to end, their service was excellent. Casey was very friendly knows her job very well and very clear with her explanations on what is going to happen. They are great to work with. Highly recommend them!

During the recent crazy wind storms, a tree fell on my new 2021 Subaru. I was referred to G&C by my insurance. I was very impressed with their very professional service. They said it could take a week, but I was very impressed I received it back in a couple of days. They did a great job keeping me informed with the progress. I had my hood fly up and smash my windshield unfortunately. Ended up needing more work than I anticipated. I got rear ended in mid February and it was not looking to be a good month lol. But then Kristi and Lauren reached out from Pacheco and got me taken care. The whole process took less than a week! Usually I expect car repairs to be a lengthy and prolonged process, but not this time! Thank you to the team at G and C Autobody Pacheco for taking care of me and my car! :)

Called. Asked if they did sun roofs and they didn't which is no big deal. When she suggested an upholsterer, I responded with it's the mechanics and she said well I could hang up on you now or you could call them. It's ok not to offer a service but you don't have to be rude.
