Terrible customer service. I have called multiple times trying to speak to a manager and when I finally spoke to the manager she was extremely rude. I felt ignored, and when I asked for assistance, it seemed like an inconvenience to the staff. They also tried to charge me delivery fees when it was a pick up order. Take your business elsewhere!!!!!

The worst, I would not even give it a 1Star. Before when I used to go, and I am talking about before the Pandemic, my experience used to be fun. But Now I do not know what is going on with the employees, they are the worst, they Do Not make you feel welcome anymore, looks like they do not want to do they're job, they are in the back all the times and when they are out in the store they don't even offer to ask you if you need help, and when you actually do need help, they treat you the worst. Not to mention a few years ago maybe like 3 or 2 years ago.... I would mention the Employee name but I don't remember or recall since it has been so long. Well he was just laughing and smirking with the other employee, about the customers and myself and I asked what is so funny and he clearly was ignoring me. I did ask about his manager's number and he seemed careless like if he knew he wouldn't get in trouble. Also the girl that works there used to be helpful and now also she doesn't care about her job either, super rude. I would not do business with them!

I just wanted to give a shout out to this business for their great customer service. I unfortunately had to reorder my daughter’s soccer uniform because someone stole her soccer bag containing her brand new uniform. After I placed my order, I got a phone call to confirm that my order was correct and not an accidental reorder since I had already placed an identical order the week before. They went above and beyond what they needed to do and I really appreciate a local business that care about their customers and not just about making a buck.

If I could I would give them zero stars. By far the worst store and people to deal with. They are constantly lying. I have been waiting for uniform items for over 4 months. They call and inform us that items are available on several occasions and when we show up they inform us that nobody called us and that our items are not in yet. I live 55 miles away from the store. So their lying is costing me $. Then they say that they will pay for shipping it, but they never do. Please don't get caught up with this company if we can call it that. It's more like a bunch of layers that don't know what they are doing. I ordered 13 items from them in July and it took them till September to give me 7 items and another month to get me 5 items and still waiting for one more

We stopped at dick's for some new cleats but the selection and sizing was limited. Xtreme Soccer was close so we popped in. Sizing was a little limited but the service was awesome. Javier was responsive and we found some Pumas that were perfect.

I ordered my LA Galaxy community jersey earlier this week and emailed to see if they could manage to ship my jersey and get it to me by Friday since I was going to the game on Saturday, or if they can make it possible for me to pick up on Saturday on my way to the game since I live in Santa Barbara county. Roberto promptly replied and assured that my jersey would get to me no later than Friday, I was surprised to see how quickly they were to reply and address my concern. I highly recommend shopping here, the customer service is second to none and beats large big box retailers service, will more than likely come back for further soccer needs. Thanks a lot!

I purchased a jersey (go juventus!) online for my son. It didn't fit, but their staff was so so helpful helping me figure out the correct size and exchanging the jersey. Super happy with their customer service!
