They need more tellers and to open a bank account for my mother I made appointments and they just had us waiting in the lobby for a shout very unprofessional of them and the clients was just chatting with them

I like to give Mr. Downy R Gonzales a special thanks for assisting me with an insurance claim check that I had to get signed and approved from Wells Fargo. He is awesome, caring and compassionate young man I had a great experience he went above and beyond to help me get my issues resolved. I live about 150 miles away and the first Wells Fargo I stop the experience was terrible with the branch manager. She didn’t really have the patience or time to try to assist me with the process. And advised me to wait and call Wells Fargo car loan department which took over a hour or more to get assistance. Still couldn’t get help. I was very disappointed and frustrated with the customer service support from the first bank I went to and the service from call your Wells Fargo Car loan department. But my Aunt told me to try the next Branch where Mr. Downny R Gonzales Branch Manager was their I voiced my concerns and told him this was the worse experience I had from calling and waiting from a response from the bank assistants to going in person to the first Wells Fargo Bank in Mesquite. Mr.Downny Gonzales told me that to give him a chance to help resolve the bad experience I had and that he would do all could to help me get my issue resolved. And he did he went above and beyond and he stayed on the phone over and hour like I did . He got my problem resolved . He’s amazing I would recommend his branch and the employees to this Wells Fargo Branch. Where he is the Branch Manager. Thankyou He made my Day God bless I give him and this Branch 10 stars plus. He is a valuable asset. He made me feel important with caring and compassion attitude. And he listened and wouldn’t stop helping me until he got a answer no matter how long it. He’s a wonderful person to have done my business with at this Well Fargo Bank. Branch Manager Mr. Downny R Gonzales.

It’s horrible when I bank has to put a check on hold as if my credit isn’t 840. It’s my money I want it now so why can’t they cash it there and then. They told me one day on hold and it’s been 3 days and my money is not available yet. I checked on it this morning again actually went in and now it won’t be available until the 25th. It’s a CarMax check it’s not a personal check.

I'm a fan of their personal banker, Susie Orozco! She gives genuine professional customer service anytime I go. The wait can be long due, to after COVID hours of operation changed. However, I will wait as long as I have to just to be helped by Susie. If you have any questions in English or Spanish she is the one to ask for help. A total sweetheart! Thank you, Susie for your years and years of service. Wells Fargo is fortunate to have you and your loyalty.

I have an honest question to ask, do you guys not hire any tellers at all? like ever? Being on Gonzales Road you should know how busy this area is and how many customers you will have therefore, there should be no excuse as to why there's only ever one or two tellers inside this bank location. So disappointing. Would much prefer to drive out to the Camarillo location then go to this location. To anyone reading this save some time and go to another location.

This is the third time I stop by and there are no tellers or bankers. I did not have my debit card this time, so I left without cash. Extremely frustrating. I won't be going to this WF. It appears this is a common occurrence:/

Easily the worst branch I have ever been to. I do weekly deposits for my boss and there’s always a line, which is understandable and I can handle that. If you’re lucky they will have two tellers working, so prepare for a 30+ minute wait.

This Wells Fargo Bank is located in the Aldi / Buffalo Wild Wings parking lot. What I like about this location is that I can walk inside to one of the two ATMs to grab smaller bill denominations ($1s or 5s). Unfortunately, this function is not available at the walk up ATMs outside the store. While I was grabbing some quick money inside at one of the ATMs, I overheard one of the bankers tell a customer that they are currently short staffed because their bank was robbed a couple months ago and that everyone who worked that day, quit. Yikes! So please be patient while you wait in line because there's no telling what people - or businesses- are going through.

Convenient, big space, plenty of parking spots. ATMs if you don't want to go inside. Service is great and very friendly.
