Disrespectful bankers specifically an old lady who wears a bun and has her own little office station ,she need to take anger classes. She doesn’t know how to do her job. She’s supposed greet you and help a customer.She has no pacientes, make one feel uncomfortable, and insults you. I do not recommended this bank I will recommend any other bank safe your self some time instead coming here. I would like to speak to boss because she didn’t allow us to. Didn’t catch her name but poor quality in customer service!!!!

Spent 40 minutes in line to be issued the wrong currency. Spent 10 minutes waiting on the phone to get through to someone to fix the order. Was told to come back to the branch waited another 30 minutes just to be told they can’t help me until Monday because the line is too long. Horrible experience.

30 employees always just hanging around not helping anybody. Always only 1 teller for every 30 customers in line. Very frustrating.

The absolute worst customer service I've experienced! They have two good tellers one being Paola and the other lady's name I can't seem to remember but the rest always have an attitude. Last week I went in and they were really busy but luckily the business line was open and there was only one other business there so I went and waited for my turn only to get kicked out after I had already been waiting there and they told me to get into the regular line with a really bad attitude I explained to the lady that it was open when I got there and they had helped the person in front of me already and she responded "right but the business line is closed now and you have to go to the regular line" and she pointed to the regular line. If it wasn't the branch I have to go to because my job is so close to it I honestly wouldn't go back there's much nicer tellers at the Channel Islands branch

On November 20,2020, I Michael McCain, 59 years old,of Filipino and African American ancestry was humiliated, degraded, mistreated, insulted, civil rights violated, discriminated and racially profiled because of how I was dressed and the color of my skin.They also embarrassed me by yelling at me to go to another Wells Fargo branch and by refusing as well as denying me the money I am trying to withdraw.I immediately left feeling hurt emotionally and psychologically traumatized by the incident that just happened perpetrated by two I'll trained Wells Fargo employees.I went to the closest branch in Pt.Hueneme location and ask a banker to help me file a formal complaint against the two employees as well as the copy of the CCTV footage.Unfortunately, to my harrowing frustration that up to now, I am still being refused or denied copy of the CCTV footage and of the actual complaint I had made.I've tried several times but kept being denied because of frivolous reasons.I am asking my fellow Americans as well as my brothers and sisters from the African American community to assist me in getting justice.Thank youMike McCain
