Lost the Saturday hours at the branch in Port Hueneme. Drove to this branch in Oxnard. Arrived 15 minutes before opening, and already a line 25 - 30 people long. 40 more came after me. Not nearly enough teller windows open. Worst banking customer service ever.

It's one of the worst locations, one teller, and multiple managers walking around and teller in the back carrying their own conversation. Well, customers wait in line for more then 30min wait. Needs better leadership and customs and courtesy
