I wish I could given a lower rate cuz of the poor customer service here. I just had a horrible interaction with one of there older employees she’s white with short blonde hair like a guys and blue eyes. Rudest person I’ve met in my life. I asked her for a simple ear cover and where I could find it, in the nicest way I could speak and here she comes yelling at me and looking at me like I’m stupid while talking down to me. I’m Mexican so idk if it was racially motivated but if it was I’m not having it this store owner should take this matter into his own hands before customers do cuz this was just inexcusable. I can’t believe they allow her to work with tht attitude she carries

To start this off i'd like to say that the manager at this Walgreens seems racist towards "CERTAIN" customers . As a customer this place was not very pleasant for me and made me somewhat uncomfortable as I felt I was being watched . A store should not make you feel like this ! Throughout my time shopping there I left the store as I felt very uncomfortable being watched . I DONT RECOMMEND THIS WALGREENS !

Love my Walgreens. They are so fast and friend when I come by and I never have had an issue with getting or picking up my meds. Thank you to the fast working pharmacy clerks and team members that get me in and out fast.

I scheduled an appointment for my husband to get the new Covid vaccine. The appointment was confirmed by Walgreens. However when he arrived for his appointment, the pharmacy stated their shipment of vaccines did not arrive. Walgreens staff should notify patients by email or text that their appointment is cancelled. But, they don’t notify the patients. He needlessly drove 20 minutes each way and was not able to get vaccinated. We will no longer be going to Walgreens.

The pharmacy tech Adriana here has to be the rudest person I've ever had to deal with while needing customer assistance at this location, the pharmacy will take all day to fill my medication then she feels I deserve an attitude when I call to follow up, over talking while I'm speaking on the phone cutting me off and all together walking away from the register. The excuse is always we have other customers, which I understand as someone in healthcare however there's other ways to go about it If you hate your job Adriana just say that lol

Went to the Pharmacy. Was stressed to get my honey's meds and get him back home and taken care of after a surgery. Doc said he called it in and meds would be waiting by the time we got there across town. Got stuck behind a train! Even had to turn off the car- it was that long. Finally, got to the Pharmacy 30 minutes later. Of course it was not ready. Almost lost it. Adrina behind the counter calmed me down, reassured me, and got me out of there as fast as she could. I really appreciated her customer service skills. There were many customers and two other employees were on break- but Adrina kept it together and was a pleasant person. Please give this employee a raise. Or at least a hefty complement. Thank you!

The staff is very cool, and very welcoming. They had exactly what I needed and more!!! The closing staff today (3/11) was so great!!! Special shout out to my man Calvin. He was very informational about the product I was about to purchase and suggested cheaper options. This man is going to be a big impact in the Walgreens business

Staff poorly trained on new C19 booster. Tried to get the new bivalent booster, set up appt online. When I went, there weren't enough staff helping people at the window. Had to wait 10 min just to get to the window, there was only one person ahead of me. then after another 15 min person tells me I can't get a booster. Claimed incorrectly that the new booster is only for your 4th shot. Went to CVS a couple hours later, got the booster no problem. Only criteria is you have to be 2 months past your last booster. Also got flu shot and it was half the cost as at Walgreens.

Don't go in this pharmacy. I HAD a VERY BAD experienced on this pharmacy. My son had covid vaccine appointment and even with appointment they didn't give him the vaccine after an hour and 10 minutes wait..take note this is with appointment. Another BAD EXPERIENCED with this pharmacy is they open the pharmacy at 8 am and I was there 10 minutes on drive thru before they open the pharmacy exactly at 8 but she didnt help me right away instead she start disinfecting everything inside she made me wait for 25 minutes after she disinfect everything.. I told her why dont you disinfect the place before you go home she said they have to disinfect before they go home and before they open. I was like WHY? DOUBLE DISINFECT?.i said they shouldn't tell PEOPLE that they open aT 830 NOT 8 IF THEY HAVE TO DISINFECT AGAIN THE PHARMACY. I'm not exaggerating this but this is for TRUE. I'm NOT COMING BACK HERE.

Walgreens is the MOST EXPENSIVE pharmacy in my area of Ventura County. Even using a discount card does not help in lowering the price. Why is it that a medication I require even with a discount card cost me over $93 for a 60-day supply when other pharmacies charge less than $40 with the discount card? In addition, I have pharmacy insurance and that did not lower the cost as my deductible has gone up along with the premium, go figure. In fact, CostCo (you don't have to be a CostCo member to use their pharmacy department) charged $33 for the same medication and 60-day supply, with the discount card. I would advise anyone to research before ever purchasing your prescriptions through Walgreens. If you don't want to use CostCo, from my research on a number of medications I take, it appears all other large chain pharmacies are less than what you will pay at Walgreens, at least in Ventura County. Also, I am finding it may be better to use the discount card rather than my insurance as it is doubtful, I will reach my yearly pharmacy deductible until close to the end of the year, if at all.

Unethical business practice administered by the pharmacy department. My 7 year olds father took my 7 year old and my 16 year old and lied then gave them both the vaccine without my knowledge. One doesn't have his last name even but she still got the shot. They didn't ask her for consent and didn't question if she WANTED the shot. They just jabbed her. Calling the Pharmacist, resulted in the Pharmacy Manager saying "we need the last names to match for the shot to be administered". Come to find out, later, not sure if this is true but the pharmacist "Dr. Nihan" - said "we only need one parent with them to get the shot". So, you need two parents to enroll your child in school, at the Doctors office or have a legal document showing you have Power of Attorney or you are the Full Custodial Parent but you only need ONE parent to show up and ask for the shot and they can get it. I'm all for vaccines as long as BOTH parents AGREED on the shot. This time, Walgreens really did cross the line. Just sick. I will not be shopping at your stores and I will be blasting this all over and involving the news. This is EXTREMELY unethical. SHAME on this "Doctor". May God have mercy on your soul.

The worse ! I waited about almost an hour , nobody came to help at the photo department. After paging them 3 times a girl came and seem bothered. There’s a tall male who is always helpful other than that stay away.

Am I the only One, that says good morning and expects a good morning back or a half a smile at a business ??. And then I repeated myself and said good morning again to the clerk just looked at me and said how can I help you.. I said I'm here to pick up some photos. And Then I told her that her hand sanitizer is very sticky and it's not working and she may want to remove it. And she didn't even acknowledge it or answered. Then she gave me my total and I paid. And didn't even say thank you or anything. So I left. Wow bad customer service.
