Rude pharmacist. Service so terrible I'm never going to a walgreens again.

Absolutely horrible we ordered a canvas to be printed today and the sent us a email saying it will be done within a hour. With that in mind we showed up 2 hours after our estimated time and our canvas wasn't ready. When I came in to ask the worker about my product he blew me off. I asked him if he had a estimated time and his answer was "idk sometime today". I didn't get this associates name . But he was a heavy set guy that looked real dirty with a scraggly ponytail and a pencil mustache. I left the store to show up 4 hours later to pick up my product and it wasn't even complete I paid 140 dollars just for them to do my canvas wrong and for them to never notify me that they were out of the frames for my canvas. The associate Raymond was really good and he understood my frustration. So he went ahead a refunded me for my product as well as rebilling me for only 50 dollars. He made my experience a little less frustrating

Manager denied return despite being within 30 days and a clearly faulty product. What a shame. I’ll be sure to go to Walmart or CVS from now on.

Bruh I used to come to this Walgreens all the time but ever since I encountered some mf diva named Raymond I swore never to return. He had some stanky attitude and really bad breath. Not returning! Some management needs to say something to him or something!

I made an appointment for a Covid test and used the drive-thru. I will not go again aglfter my experience. The pharmacist rep-Gene was coughing on all paperwork, desktop and my test baggie, while he passed to me. I could see/hear him coughing the entire time. Plus, to top it off....he had NO MASK on. You'd think if someone is sick a PHARMACY would take precautions. This location does not.

This is by far the best drive thru pharmacy period ! I’ve gone to others in Ventura County and they are horrible !! This Wallgreens must have a great GM and Pharmacist running the show . Thank team for always having my best interest. Keep doing amazing thighs .

Terrible pharmacy. You can't reach anyone on the phone for help, they don't even pick up the phone and say 'can I put you on hold please', they just pick up the phone and slam you right back on hold for 15+ minutes. When I actually reached the Pharmacy Manager to talk about my prescription she acted like she had been trying to contact me but I have no missed calls. Very unprofessional and poor service. Pharmacy Manager is obviously overwhelmed and needs to be replaced. Retail Management is pleasant and helpful.

What is the point of making an appointment for the vaccine if I'm still going to wait? My initial appointment, I waited 42 minutes . Today, for my second dose, I got to 27 minutes and got up and left. Appointments should take priority.

The pharmacy here is so difficult to reach over the phone. They never answer the phone and when they do the put you on hold. They always give me a difficult time with my insurance when I only have a co pay of $1.I will be switching over pharmacy after today.

I like Walgreens. They usually have everything I want. Parking is easier than WM and I don't have to walk through a giant store to get what I need. It may be a bit higher in price, but convenience is worth it for me.

I just wanted to thank Wallgreens in particular this location for offering hawaii approved covid tests. No cost , extremely effective no hassle and the partner lab who delivered the results in 34 hrs. Thanks for allowing us to travel stress free. Lady at drive through window extremely courteous and helpful on Sunday @ 12:30pm. Thank you so much !! One happy customer here.

Called the pharmacy at 445 4/12 I ask if I needed an appointment for my shingles vaccine. I explained that I had a prescription she said if I was over 65 I would not need one, I am mot. She said no you don't need an appointment and she said she had the them in stock. I even joked that I would go home and put my walking shoes on and walked over. I did.walk over and got there before 6pm waited to be served, the lady behind the counter called me up I handed her my prescription. She said you need an appointment. I explained that I just called and spoke to the pharmacy and she said I did not and she even had them in stock. She said all vaccines need an appointment and handed me backy prescription. She did not even try to help. I explained that I will take my business elsewhere I really don't think she cared. For years Walgreens has been my choice. Not any longer.

Awful rude staff, tried to pick up a Rx 3 times!! Was not ready, it was called in Tuesday, it's now Saturday. Three wasted trips across town! Never again! Rite Aid is so much better. Headed there now for the fourth attempt to pick up pain meds!! Just xalked, they said it's ready...if it's not ready, I will be raising hell! Been in customer service for 30 years and worked in a pharmacy. This is unacceptable ?

Pharmacist Fatima is a liar. She continually wastes my time with her lies. She told me that I shouldn't get a 10 ml vial because of bacterial infection and instead get 10 1 ml vials ( because she had them on hand). There is no evidence that 10 ml vials are dangerous. Nothing at FDA, CDC or manufacturer. Then months later I wanted a Covid booster. She told me I was ok to come in and just had to check a box on a form. Then she made a diagnosis of my medical conditions which she is not allowed to do and would not let me fill out the form. She is well known by all as a liar.
