The drive thru pick up is really doing a horrible job. Been picking up meds here for years, only bec this is the one nearest to my house. I took forever just to pick up my medication. Someone has to do something.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE PHARMACY DEPT. STAFF ARE VERY RUDE AND NOT HELPFUL AND THE PHONE TIME WAIT IS HORRIBLE. STAFF DO NOT CARE OF THERE CUSTOMERS. HORRIBLE PLACE THEY SHOULD CONSIDER OF HIRING BETTER STAFF OR TRAIN THERE STAFF ABOUT CUSTOMER CARE.

This place is horrible. Staff is so rude. Everytime I call I've been on hold for over a hour. The workers are absolutely the rudest, ive ever dealt with.
